Wouldn't call that optimism. More like... resilience. I'm the same way: it's difficult for me to be down about something a long time. Also, while I usually "hope" for the best, I always plan for the worst. Guess you could call me a pessimistic optimist Nah; I also hope for the best and plan for the worst, and I'm one of the most pessimistic people I know of. Pretty much everyone else in my family is/was optimistic other than me. I prefer to be labeled as "pessimistic realist, but optimistic when something has no chance of going wrong." Thing is, nothing ever has no chance of going wrong, so that leaves me as just a pessimist and a realist at times.

Suddenly, an alien turned into Ross's enormously grotesque fat ex girlfriend who likes CoD videos, which are overrated. The radioactive energy caused a green fish to implode. The Medic's insanity multiplied by 20%x 99% of the square root of cake which is very tasty but sadly is your mother. Everything then violently exploded in a fiery ball of complete division by zero. Later that day, the universe somehow got back in order. Common sense is still a rarity, unfortunately. If that's what it takes for you guys to never post another pony related thing on the forums outside of your own MLP thread, then I'm fine with letting you think you've won. I'm afraid I must agree with BTGbullseye. Never mention ponies out of the pony related threads, never assimilate unwilling members, and never fire orbital friendship beams, and we can come to an agreement. And for Username... Again, I only watched part of it.. I believe Username linked me episode 3, but I'm not sure. I do know the names of the ponies, though.. seeing as how many people mention them... I only remember the purple one (Twilight Sparkle, I believe) and the blue one (Rainbow Dash?).
