Forum ranks?

Quick question, what is this "Rank" list for? I found it rather useless due to the fact that only 2 users here have ranks.

Actually 3 users have ranks. Alyxx, Nagisa and DaveD. I'm guessing it's just a function that we have no actual use for, but the mods and admins had fun with.

Oh... I didn't know you could see that. Ranks used to be usertitles, but I replaced ranks with usertitles to save time. Then I just made it available to everyone.
