An interesting blend of classic Castlevania and the later Metroid-styled ones, with lots of hidden goodies in every stage and reasons to go back and search for them. Hard, but satisfying. The aesthetics and the OST are both fantastic, too.

Castlevania inspired action platformer. Some backtracking is necessary if you want all the upgrades.

Reminded me of Berserk a little bit. Aesthetically I mean.

The same developer also made "Oniken" which is also good but gives me more of a Ninja Gaiden vibe.

Finished it today. Love it! Challenge is there but fair. No complaints since its fairly simple. Has its Berserk and Castlevania inspiration which makes my love for it grow even more. Would love to see Ross play it on stream as it can be beaten in regular stream time, maybe two. Will definitely check out Oniken from the same developer.
