@BTGBullseye You're right, it's not comparable at all: Charlie Kirk was murdered by some random lunatic who was later arrested and will be brought to justice, whereas Renee Good was murdered by a federal agent whom the government has taken under its protection while the only charges are now being made against the victim's family. If the truth is so obviously in the killer's favour, why isn't evidence being shared with Minnesota's state justice department and why do government officials and their aligned media feel the need to smear the victim with baseless claims as much as they have? Why did ICE keep people who wanted to apply medical help to the victim away from the crash site? How did Good "attack" the killer when every video of the event clearly shows that she was steering away from him? Why did the killer ignore basic law enforcement guidelines that forbid shooting at a moving vehicle, and how is it self-defence to shoot through the side window of a car? You can see in the video that the impact knocked the killer to the side, so if as you say the first shot was fired afterwards, he should no longer have been in danger by that point, so with what intent did he fire his weapon then?

@BTGBullseye I'll concede the point regarding medical assistance after the shooting, but a lot of that video wastes time on irrelevancies (of course Renee Good wasn't complying with the officer; last I checked that's not punishable by death. Also the only thing that the excuse of a past event involving the killer getting dragged along by a vehicle tells me is that he shouldn't have been on duty if that was clouding his judgment in such a horrible way) and on speculation about what a court of law might do, which is a moot point so long as the killer doesn't face justice. Wouldn't you agree that based on the available information there's enough ground to put this man on trial, so that his culpability can be determined in an impartial manner? Why isn't the evidence of the case being shared with the state justice department, and why did the president and DHS secretary immediately call the victim a terrorist and professional agitator without proof? Why did the vice president lie about no bullets being fired through the side window? A citizen was shot and killed by a government agent; don't you think it sets a bad precedent if the circumstances regarding this event aren't brought to light and if the killer is treated with as much protection by the federal government as he has been? Would you be as forgiving if this had happened during the Biden presidency and the victim was a Trump supporter?

And just for some added context, this is another example of the kind of behaviour ICE is resorting to in Minneapolis (tl;dw: 17-year old yells "fuck you" at ICE officer, who proceeds to slam him to the ground and apprehend him; DHS claims the kid was guilty of "assault" even though he was never charged with anything and was just thrown out of an ICE van a few blocks down the road)

There have been multiple reports of brown-skinned people getting arbitrarily arrested and abused by ICE in Minneapolis only to be released bruised and bloodied a couple of minutes later. ICE's detention camps have faced claims of sexual abuse and mistreatment since 2010 and 32 people died in the camps in 2025 alone. The people of Minneapolis have been harrassed and bullied and their community has been thrown into chaos and lawlessness, and the president who has spurred it all on is only escalating matters further with inflammatory rhetoric about insurrection acts and lighting cities on fire, and I'm supposed to act surprised and indignant when people are hesitant to comply with ICE agents?
