Ross’s Crazy Mouse Design

My mouse is starting to die on me and that made me frustrated trying to find a new one. I ended up making a graphic of a mouse I’m pretty sure no one besides me wants, but some of you might find some individual parts of it appealing. I wasted time making this, but it felt cathartic.

So why don't you buy the Roccat Nyth?

The customizable thumb pad for that seems really nice but it's sadly been discontinued and is out of stock everywhere I've looked.

Here's another interesting one: ML160 "Commander" Infrared Mouse.

One reviewer said it's a big mouse so might be good for big hands. Not as great as the Swiftpoint Z but for only $33 USD it might be a good cheap alternative.

Swiftpoint Z is actually now only $99 USD on Amazon.com and my left mouse button just stopped working on me so I'm really tempted to pick one up.

This looks like it hits a lot of marks. Not sure of your hand position and whether or not the "grip"/button position would mess with you. It is wireless but it's the same weight as my Logitech M325 and that's considerably light IMO.

So I found that exact same design under a different brand for only $13 instead of $73! So I'm not sure if LERSYCO is just a cheap knockoff or if EVESKY is trying to rip people off.

Okay here's a bizarre one: the AULA S10 ergonomic mouse (Amazon, Newegg, Newegg)

The shape reminds me of "The Claw" Ross mentioned once so maybe this is a design he would like? This also seems to hit most of his requirements except for being kind of glossily, but it does have a sort of smooth space age look to it. I'd almost be willing to get it for $30 but shipping is $20 or $64 with free shipping.

The OOMouse/OpenOfficeMouse/Warmouse Meta is probably the closest thing to Ross' dream mouse and was created way back in 2009 but like all mice of this type, it was short-lived and almost impossible to find now.
