that would technically be the voice of Freeman in some ways if you think about it so it would be good to see happen but I want one thing out of that if that would happen, Ross brings HLPrincess with him to Seattle and they have to come up to Vancouver for a vacation before going back to Poland OMG... Sounds scary and awesome! What a vacation trip! heh

Ross said that multiple times already on the forum. If you want to express any doubts about the deadline, you need to be ready to bet 20 bucks on that. (some people did) Besides, you're being kinda rude.
-
Yeah, I came here especially to check you out, as your nickname reminds me slightly about the ones that spambots take... seriously

Yeah, and I beat it using that "unplayable" mode. That's the only reason I didn't include it on the list. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that some people appreciate the tactics behind it, but for me, it's like a wall between me and enjoying the rest of the game. Besides, only some games really use tactics. Are you really using tactics on random enounters from old Final Fantasy games or is that just pure grind? I wanted to add my 5 cents to turn-based combat in games. On the top of what Ross said DOES ANYONE EVER IN REAL FIGHTS WAIT FOR AN OPPONENT TO MAKE THEIR TURN? No one! You say to your enemy "Wait, I have to figure out my strategy" and you get hit. In real life you improvise as much as use strategy. No one in a real fight waits for you, especially in a bar brawl.... When I play I like to jump on the enemy and slash them with my sword/shoot with a gun/whatever weapon I'm using. I played some turn-based game too, years ago and I didn't enjoy it and I realized why, after Ross told me. Turn based combat is boring and unrealistic.

I like this explanation. I think Gordon is not really mute. He's just a vessel for a player. This way you get into a character much more. Actually, Gordon had a phone conversation with Black Mesa according to one of the manuals. Well, how could they check who was really talking?

You missed something... It should read: "ALL the difference IN THE FUCKING WORLD..." HAHAHAHAH...... AHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA heh BTG, sometimes when you say something, you damn say it right
-
Fuck this. It is not Ross Scott's responsibility to ensure you can show Freeman's Mind to your entire family, and if you are personally made uncomfortable by swearing, I have no words for you. Except "fuck". I dunno, man. It's just easier for it to be swear free, cause then you can show it to anyone you damn want without offending anybody. X3 I don't mind swears but I think swears CAN be worked around. Although swearing can be very funny at times, I don't think something should be SHOWERED with swears. Ross does a good job so far with keeping it not too clean and not too showered. The right swear in the wrong place can make ALL the difference IN THE WORLD...

I sometimes wish I had MORE people nagging me about continuing my show on youtube, but other times, seeing the forum, I'm not sure it's a good idea... If I ever pull this thig together (put together million things I've been procrastinating so far) with more or less regular updates (because I'm still into it), then, hell... I'm a person who needs to be nagged and reminded about things in semi-regular time periods. And numbers of nagging people grow with number of subscribers and views. One day, you can keep on bugging me on updates, instead of Ross. I (already) promised one guy to do my version of Chell's Mind
-
its a reference to the earlier episodes of Freemans mind aint? Yes it is! When he enters the office complex and comments on all these ridiculous signs hanging on the walls. There was also "Scheduled Chaos Theory" but I can't remember if it was Ross's invention or already in the game...

Don't worry. Poland can into democracy! Can into EU/NATO! Seriously though, any country that dons communism, willingly or not, basically gets labeled as a former communist country for the rest of their existence. I was afraid of that. And Poland is a country in the middle of Europe. Saying that Poland is eastern (and therefore, more post communist ;p ) Europe always makes me irritated. There's nothing eastern about Poland, except some regional accents maybe. This could be a blooming country, but we're constantly being taken apart (Polish financial assets and companies being bought out by Germany, for example, and other countries) and treated like a cheap labor Western taxes, eastern wages, this is how it is. Meh... I read a few years ago that Poland is also the biggest drug smuggling track in Europe This makes me smile, for some reason...

I just realized it's been 25 years since communist dissapeared, and we're still a former communist country :/ When is long enough not to be "former" ? =p I also just realized I'm being manipulated (by myself), since what I reply and what you think about school in Poland... determines what you'll think about Ross =p... so I won't reply. well, in areas that were under communist rule for 50 or so years, school systems havs [have] generally less fucking around to [to what or too??] but it blunt [it's blunt?? what???] than in areas that werent under communist rule. This goes even against the rules of Polish language, maybe yours has a crazy hell of a syntax like this? It must be fun to talk I normally don't care about stuff like that but I had to

well, in areas that were under communist rule for 50 or so years, school systems havs generally less fucking around to but it blunt than in areas that werent under communist rule. I wanted to refer to that... but I can't understand this sentence Sometimes it happens... maybe my English at school wasn't good enough

what kind of quiz is that? He's working on it, guys Neither slacking or sick and surely not on family vacations.

I'm not sure if it's serious, but I love Minecraft and now I feel it's appraoching a catastrophy. Good that this game is open source, as I think it will be gradually changed into one, huge microsoft app. And we'll have to call it "MiMi" Got the joke? I read open letter of Notch to Minecraft fans, here: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2683175/heres-markus-notch-perssons-farewell-letter-to-minecraft-fans.html#tk.fb_pc and all I though that he just doesn't have guts :/ and he's being moody, angry on people and sells his biggest achievement to piss everyone off Ross pointed out rightly that he could have sold it to a company that doesn't have a history of "killing PC games". It could've been VALVe, for example or some other at least moderately user friendly company. And Notch said a few negative things about Microsoft before, so he comes out a bit hypocritical, that's how I see it. It's hard to judge things from the outside though, so who knows what happened? This is mostly my personal interpretation. I feel unhappy how this went. If any of you like Minecraft, leave your opinion on this topic. Thanks!

Dammit! Well, someone was faster, and I didn't even notice any new people up here...

I'll see about that... but it may take a VALVe time

Now, don't think I'm a hopeless pop music fan... This is a very good song and it's catchy! And I've always like ALL kinds of music, as long as it's good. And I have some strange love towards very rythmic songs - like NIN has too! And I like her atitute a lot She reminds me of myself a bit, in this video nfWlot6h_JM
