Oh I should add. It's a very point and clicky game. I don't want it to be spectacular. X3 I'm planning on making a PC version first, and then copy it over onto android. I just think it'll be easier that way. But, since it's a point and click, I don't really know if I NEED much game space. :I And with the side menu, if you mean something like hiding it away and having it prop up when a button is pressed, everything on the GUI is important. X3 Minimap, buttons, health and manager, etc. So yah. Difficult. But I will move the top GUI to the bottom, change the colour of the health and sort the mana stars that seem to have the same orientation as puke from 100 yards away. For health, red to black maybe? I really like my colour changing health bar. XP But if it's not really necessary I can just stick with red. EDIT: Also, thanks for the offer. :3 I probably will take that up sometime. X3 I can't make a game ALL by myself. So far I'm the graphics designer, programmer and soundtrack composer. So. XD Once I'm done with the GUI, I will probably get your help. Hey guys, I need some advice and some tips and help and, everything. X3 I'm making a very small Java game in my spare time. I'm not expecting to make money off it. I just want it to be something small and fun that I work on in my spare time. Anyway, I'm absolutely terrible at designing GUI's and interfaces. So I need help. It's a 2D game so, I don't need nothing flashy. It's an RPG aaand it's about dragons. That's I think all I need to tell you guys. It's about dragons so I expect the time period to be like... 4508213080 BC or some snot. DRAFT OF ALL DRAFTIES. It's not up to quality obviously but I just wanted to show the basic idea of it. The concept of a draft. The top right is the health "bar" and mana "bar" The less purple stars you have, the less mana you have. The less spines on your dragon you have, the less health you have. EDIT: I made it look more lovely!

Contemplating whether I'm a terrible person or not... I have these two Aussie friends who have the same love of dragons as me. And they've gone ahead and started planning out a whole game to make. Now usually I'd be cheering them on. But... I'm ALSO making a dragon game. XD Aaaand... they're being ambitious as f***. NEITHER of them have any programming knowledge. They just know how to draw and play Minecraft and make maps in Minecraft. That's about it. I asked what they will do and they said they're going to start learning it next year at school. I kinda laughed at it. It's kinda stupid. Unless they pay some programmer a good sum of money, I doubt they're going to get anywhere. X3 So yah, I've been contemplating if it makes me a terrible person for thinking this. I mean, my game won't be as great as theirs. It's just a simple point and click and dungeon RPG game. That's all I know, so that's all I'll limit myself to. Meanwhile, they're talking about 3-D s*** and how big it will be and how open world it will be. X3 Hmmm...

Rant/Vent: Have you ever sucked so much at a game that it's not possible for you to advance the next few levels, cause you keep getting kicked by other players cause you're so terrible? Holy f***ing s***, maybe I should have just tried running the 64 bit version of it which is what my java is running at. 64 bit. God, I need to look at things more. Although, it just says studio64.exe. This could mean anything. Studio.exe didn't have a 32 in it. So I'm going to blame poor application naming. On topic: Feeling happy but also slightly stupid about the above scenario that has just occurred.

Android Studio. It says it doesn't detect Java SVM, please get Java SDK. And I did! I got it so hard and jack all happened. Currently wondering why my eye is hurting as if there is cat hair in my eye. I don't even own a cat. So what the hell.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of creating a small Android RPG sort of game. X3 Just cause, I've always wanted to and it's about time I go and do something.

Have you ever wanted to just... Be in the hospital? Have something terrible happen to you to see who really cares? Or you just want to feel loved and cared for and want to get severely injured to see the attention from others? I just want to be able to get away from the mass of stress in these next few weeks. I want to be able to turn invisible at will and get away from the crap around me.

Pain and annoyances? Sounds like my work. It reminds me of the reason why I didn't want to get a casual job. You slice your fingers on boxes, burn your hand, get it jammed in a door, and your feet start hurting from running around so much.

Hey look, Rarity knows what the hell is up. Whenever I'm debating/arguing, I always try to see the other person's view before expressing mine. And I know I'm not always perfect. So to try and actually gain knowledge, I admit sometimes I'm wrong and learn from other people. :3 Semi-related vent. I have a friend who has depression and it's driving me insane. She's a big know-it-all and immediately goes all mopey when she doesn't get her way. I'm not saying that I dislike depressed people, oh no. I would LIKE to help her. But I can't. She has antidepressant medication but she refuses to take them so. Nothing I can do. But gosh damn. She also spat at me that my 660 day long relationship with my boyfriend is fake because we have never met. It's retarded. I'm allowed to have a long distance relationship and I'd like it if people payed God damn respect to it. My relationship has lasted 10 times longer than the others in my class. What's worse is that she has a friend overseas that she has never met! And that's suddenly okay! Hypocrites. Gragh!

Squealing over my dream I had. I was in a friggin' helicopter with Ross. How awesome is that. Ross is a helicopter pilot. Then we went on a rollercoaster and there was a really sharp curve, but instead of the cart going along the curve, it just goes straight, still on the track though. It confused the hell out of me. Ross says; "Haha, you got confused didn't you..." I like dreams.
