Hmm, I wouldn't have a clue due to being an XP user, but...let me think...have you tried running it in Compatibility mode for like Windows 2000/98 whatever they have on 7?

Of course, that's one of the first things I tried. Windows 2000/XP/Vista mode doesn't do any changes and Windows 98 mode makes it not start at all.

Huh...well that's odd. I did a google search to see about this, what Patch of the game do you have?

I should get that for DX1.

It really improves the game... It's like the difference between HL1 and HL:S + HD pack...

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.
