Towards the end of the film you find out it was Thomas who spiked his pepto-bismal with Heroine in an attempt to deceive the guard dog into thinking his master was dead. Using the distraction to convince the Chicago Bears to host a game asking the IRS to give his house back only to find out his house was never gone, he just simply received the wrong letter due to him living in a duplex. Bianca does end up going to jail, not for sabotage, but leaving her kid home alone during the entire summer this film takes place. (wow, my bullshit almost seems like a good movie. ) Jack Frost
