I appreciate the fact that Ross takes the time to write out paragraphs of stuff so we actually know what he's talking about. I mean, I'm not enough of a tech guy to understand almost anything he said, but I appreciate the way he wrote it.

FakeFactorys probably in his mid 40's by now. I think he retired. Besides by the time HL3 comes out, it'll probably have equally as good, or even BETTER graphics.

There's a certain way you have to act. You have to be calm about your insanity, slowly saying wierd sadistic things in a rationally calm manner, obviously acting completely whacko but remaining completely sane acting about it. Laughing uncontrollably doesn't cut it.

It'd be pretty cool though if he used the Cinematic Mod, taking out all the crap weapons and character models and the soundtrack but leaving it with MUCH better graphics.

While I still prefer Freeman's Mind, this wasn't half bad! Though I really wish people would stop doing mind series on games people have already done. There are plenty of mods or other games, so far, your's isn't bad.

All I know is the BM team have been very VVERRY careful to keep us thinking both ways. On the one hand, they thought it'd be done by 2009, it is now the middle of 2011, making us think it'll keep going on, along with their 'when it's done' comments. On the other hand, they've given us a definite 'yes' that two weeks after the BM soundtrack is released the mod will be, and a couple months ago the soundtrack went gold. In the case of FM, Ross has been both incredibly fast in it's pace, and incredibly slow. Since I can't tell the future, I can't even begin to guess when FM will be finished. So, it's just a matter of waiting. Though if I HAD to take a guess, I'd say BM will be done before FM.

I am interested in that as well. I didn't even think slowing noclip was possible. (I know in Half Life it's possible to slow noclip by just walking)

I'm just guessing but, 20 damage values for every weapon (excluding grenades, 357, etc.)

I think that ship has sailed. Black Mesa was destroyed at the end of Half Life including everything in it. Unless someone wants to make a mod where you play as that bat, crowbarring and flying around, shooting soldiers, scaring Gordon Freemans, and escaping Black Mesa..I fear the particle bat is gone.

That's really all the more reason to have some longer episodes.
