first time in my life. I'm really unfamiliar with beef... Burgers were pretty good... but the smell. I cannot stand the fuckin smell of baked beef. I had to open windows and lit up 4 candles... Maybe I'll stay with McDonalds...

:D

I'm just a chicken lover but I'm changing my diet! Including no sweets! :P OMG!!!!

So what do you think about beef? Bloody? Dry?

and who will support me with no sweets diet? ;d

Sounds yummy. I can image that beef with vegemite on it or with 1000islands sause.

But I think I'll stay with chicken, KFC and stuff.

Yeah, whatever... I don't eat meat much anyway so...

i love the smell of beef personally. oh btw you should make this thread more respond-able. i mean, end it with something like "so, what can't you guys stand to cook?" you know? :)

I know. I just did it very personal, like a diary....

Chicken in Poland is like beef in USA. Or a pork, pork is Polish beef! this is why im so unfamiliar.... and it's not that easy to get beef in reasonable prices at stores in my area , like it's a treat O_o

Well. It looks like you are good at cooking.

I don't cook much but yeah, mostly I just cook even if I haven't tried this dish before. Most of the times it works out pretty good.

some ppl say "I can't cook". But I just don't get it. You just chop, cut, stuff, mix or whatever, set the water, soup or an oven and then you cook:P No philosophy at all :D

Have I mentioned my vegetable soups? ;)

As to the livestock: I guess it's this and costs of breeding pigs to cows. I'm not sure. Maybe it's more about tradition.... Or pork producers have monopoly in Poland? :P

I don't really like pork anyway. If I'm suppose to choose I prefer beef.

Nice!

For me cooking is kind of magic, and I'm a mad wizard. :)

You baked it? Is that just like... idunno... you using the wrong term? Because I have never baked hamburgers. The only time I've baked beef is when I made meatloaf. So did you like cook it in an oven? If you did that you should try grilling it (if you have a grill). Maybe i'm just ignorant to the arts of Beef Bakery.

They call me Snake. They call me Es Rake. They call me Srahkay. That's nahmaname. That's nahmaname. That's not my... name.

Yeah. Grilling it produces a much better flavor than straight-up baking it, especially if you smoke the meat with hickory or another type of wood.
