Finding that I'm going to have a wobble sleep schedule for the next couple weeks, until I find a job. (sleep from 11PM to 6AM, then from 1PM to 2AM, then repeat)

I'd like to stay away from late 70's and 80's vernacular if you don't mind. I don't mind 60's and early/mid 70's though.

Would have to say legislative... They have already overpowered the executive branch, and are trying to intimidate the judicial.

Actually, despite the fact that the Elder Scrolls games are listed as being just an RPG, there's approximately 3/5 of the game that is dedicated to first person projectile throwing... (archery and magic-based projectiles) Technically they are FPS-RPG games due to that. (third person is not really considered the main interface method for the game, despite being able to play in that mode) It's like saying that a Battlefield game isn't an FPS since you can use a knife, and drive a vehicle.

Trying to keep my eyes open... Attempting to get myself back into a regular sleep schedule that isn't nocturnal. (my internal clock seems to be a bit off from the average, no matter what I do)

Bush didn't create the PATRIOT Act, the Democrats did, but used the 9/11 attacks to get it pushed through after it had been shot down several times before... Then the Democrats in charge began abusing the power given to them by said Act, and blamed it all on the Bush administration. (the Dems even had enough votes to bypass a veto from the Pres at the time)

Those are just FPS, not FPS-RPG...

Because the media either gains money or power by ignoring it. That, and the intimidation factor... Being imprisoned without trial for as long as the government wants combined with everything in mass media being censored means you aren't going to get any mass-media reporters that will do anything about it.

It ain't bad, that's for sure.
