Besides the graphical bugs, did you encounter any kind of issues, like slowdowns or errors? If so, how did you deal with them? Is this the Steam version of the game, or a different version? Under which system did you launch it? Because I've tried to play the game before, and while I got no errors as far as I remember, it went at such a pace that it became a rapid slideshow. Never even walked further than two meters away from the docks in the beginning of the game :<

When tagging, I write tags in manually. I rarely ever use tag buttons. Also I don't use shortcuts while programming, meaning that I write everything manually, without copy-pasting.

Still, I recommend trying rhythm games like Stepmania, osu! or K-Shoot Mania (they're all free, but the last one is a pain to download because Japanese, so I suggest trying it after other two). If you'll like them - great! If not, then I'll try to find something else to suggest. Speaking of Quake: I actually have beaten it and its two expansions on Nightmare before and I moved on to play Quake 2, but lost interest near the end. Guess the second part isn't quite for me. Currently replaying first Quake on Nightmare again (or QuakeSpasm to be precise), because nostalgia

It annoys me to no end when people rush ahead without a care for others, just to see how quickly they'll pass a map or to just piss others off. This is supposed to be CO-OP, not an [insert game name here] version of Speedrunners! Especially worst offenders are in Sven Co-op. I'm serious: the longer you play, the more likely you'll encounter an annoying speedrunner who finishes a map way before you even reach a halfway point. Now, don't get me wrong: I'm not against speedruns. I do like them, actually; hence why Games Done Quick is awesome. HOWEVER, unless there is a server specifically for that, SPEEDRUNNING and CO-OP DO NOT MIX.

...I'm a bit afraid to face you in a battle now ^^' As for suggestions: what do you think about rhythm games? Yeah, I can understand you there. Hard difficulty makes taking a grenade to the face very painful, and Nightmare having enemies attack twice as fast on top of that doesn't help any (hence why I don't like Ogres. They're jerks :<)
