Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing, but almost every time in the past I've tried to use that for something I thought was gone, there would be errors and it wouldn't work. Regardless, people are welcome to fact check this stuff. definetly EA about c&c- games from tiberian sun to tiberium wars (so, 3 games as RA2 came out as well, not including expansions and also the renegade (fps, which also was rather fun tbh)) were actually rather good and they all were developed under EA (well, technically speaking, westwood developed ra2 and ts, but they belonged under EA already). Tiberium wars has also spawned few of my favourite mods, such as tiberium essence. but tiberium twilight and ra3 and generals? these are not c&c, but generic, moronic (sorry for swearing) rts games that have been slapped c&c logo on in hopes of more sales. and yes, i dont consider generals as c&c because well, its not. only thing it has common with c&c titles is the logo. Its like painting bowling ball as football (of course real, european one not handegg). you can claim its football because well, it has looks of football, but try to play with it and you break your leg (in good case). Its same logic behind EA and c&c. well, one good thing about EA though- they released tiberian dawn, red alert and tiberian sun+ battlefield 1942 for free, so i give them that. Overall, they have been acting very user-UNfriendly. Now, you compared EA to ubisoft. While i am no hardcore ubisoft fanboy who buys every single new ubisoft game (tho i do enjoy splinter cell (older versions) and assassin's creed a lot), ubisoft is too good for that comparison. I mean, just buying your favourite game company doesnt make them evil. What does make company evil, is that if they try to brand something generic as part of long running series. again, not case of ubisoft. Happy birthday (even if its somewhat late) But yeah, EA is evil (with some good games still being eleased though). Tho only additional example i have to show about it, is somewhat borderline of being evil and just being a dick. The thing they did with c&c 4 (goddamn, i am even raged to call it that). I mean requiring online connection at ALL times to play singleplayer portion? thats kind of like xbox one, if anyone remembers

ok... well, Empire total war has possibility of making factions rebel (time cap 1700 to 1800), including france, so you technically can have decent civil war going there. Also, i reccommend keeping eye on Assassin's creed series- Ubisoft can give mixed up signals, but there is strong possibility of one of the games being set in French revolution (and thats cool thing about AC- they dont include just one event. So i imagine you would see late kingdom, revolution (Bastille probably being invaded in one of the missions), rule of terror and even napoleonic wars. I even wouldnt rule out next game. Also there was one more game, extremely good game about it. Will post the name of it as soon as i remember, if you are interested.

Game reccomendation about Napoleon- Napoleon: Total war.

"Papers, please" is good game, but i find it getting old real quickly. As long as you got something new to work with, its interesting and progressively harder, but at some point, it just gets too easy

Well I burned through a lot of my resources getting here, that would be a longer term goal. Also I eventually want to go . that looks quite awesome. it probably feels a lot faster when you are on that thing as well

Heh, Poland is indeed nice. I do reccommend visiting Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia as well. Sweden is also nice. As for video- its interesting. Magda Freeman (ok, ok, out of character, but still). will wait for more episodes tho before sub, but at this rate, i am going to.

gonna start playing it trough myself soon as i finally got half-life collection from sale (yea, yeah, i know. should've bought sooner) as for video- great one when Freeman was complaining about why aliens were guarding that corner, i remembered earlier episode where Freeman-Ross said such quote: "im killing all these people to find out they were guarding janitors closet" also, i liked how just minute or so before that, Freeman-Ross (yeah, i like to call Freeman's mind freeman like that ) was thinking of what aliens consider valuable. i guess they tought that corner was valuable aliens were like: "ooh, nice dead end corner. lets set our c**p gate and tons of troops to protect it"

Assassin's creed 4: Black flag Stronghold (whole pack) Half life (YAY! FINALLY! whole pack ofc. It is wonder how i have STILL not played this classic) Counter strike (whole pack) also my steam just hit 50 game mark thanks to today's purchase of Half life franchise

lol, just lol. i got one question- how the hell this is first time i hear about this? i do hope, however, that there are some reviews of more known games, such as C&C tiberian dawn (aka c&c 95, freeware since 2007), Mafia- the city of lost heaven (it got bit more players after Mafia 2 but before that it was more of cult game), worms series, dangerous dave, monkey island games and few other good games, which names i have forgotten (i played lots of old games when i was young, some very good but which names i have mentioned and people go like "wut")

tbh- to think of it, it wouldnt be THAT difficult, provided you got modding experience on lets say- whatever engine mass effect series use (i dont really know, as i never got into it, but i imagine it would prob. be best engine for what you described), though it would be true it would require quite ammount of work main difficulty would be to make some sort of selection option, which would allow you live trough multiple lives, i.e you'd play as multiple characters

I also heard he's going to completely retcon everything after MI2, which is a shame given how good CoMI was. not to mention it was where Murray was introduced D: and also while it was true that escape from monkey island was much weaker than rest of MI titles, i truly enjoyed tales of monkey island. tbh, i doubt that Ron Gilbert would do that though, as it would mean considerable loss of fans, especially newest ones- the ones who got into series with tales of MI (i can proudly say i got into MI with LeChuck's Revenge). Also i think despite what he says, he also apparently likes how things panned out within storyline, with exception of MI4.

i agree- there are still tons of great adveture games. my favourite is definetly Monkey island series, with latest addition (Tales of Monkey island by Telltale games) game out in 2009+ remakes of Curse of Monkey island (aka MI1) and Monkey island 2: LeChuck's Revenge, which were released in 2011. and its creator, Ron Gilbert said he will try to make new one, despite Disney (*hiss*) closing down LucasArts..

thats part of what i meant with whole this. USA might very well stop existing as we know it due to civil war, some major invasion or even both at same time

before i say anything else, i'd like to point out, that i do have no desire for any country to lose its independence. but to the topic. Lately USA has been acting bizarre to say the least. The "hero" mentality, that isnt exactly new to USA, is getting more bizarre to watch daily. Its like it would be cold war all over again (well, at least what i've been able to piece together), at least from USA goverment viewpoint. I mean, USA seems to be turning more aggressive- first Afghanistan, then Iraq now its either Iran or North Korea... or maybe both. Also not too long ago it became widely known, that NSA has been spying on internet users for all over the world. Now, apparently, some sources also claim that they have DEMANDED passwords for major social media networks like youtube, facebook and google+, plus the encryption algorythms. According to sources so far, media networks have refused the offer firmly.. while yes, much of it isnt new, USA still seems much more shakier than ever. And to be fair- not only USA- Russia and China (yes, even China) as well. but thats besides the point right now. so, spying. Truth be told, current situation in USA starts to resemble more and more of USSR by the day, at least to me as bystander far away. I mean seriously- KGB was that paranoid, maybe nazis Gestapo as well. Im rather certain that nothing good can come of this, if USA keeps on playing god and also spying on everyone (no, thats not the threat, NSA jackasses. im stating my opinion). spying like this might keep crowd under control for a while, but as history has shown, it will end in mess and for head of spies- bloody mess. Though to be fair- the fact that USA has spied on other countries is public secret for years, its still bad move from them. opinions?

Sleeping dogs is good game, as it continues on True Crime series. true, mechanics are bit choppy at times, but this game has been developed, pronounced dead and brought back several years, so no complaints
