Grilled chicken fillets topped with crushed chillies, with wholewheat noodles and chopped carrot, courgette, yellow pepper, red onion, and mushroom, and a splash of soy sauce.

Chicken with kidney beans and wok veggies stirfried with some coconut milk and whole grain rice. Water for drinks.

Had a salad of lettuce, cucumber, bellpepper and corn with olive oil and fresh ground pepper, and a couple ham and cheese sandwiches on the side, and a glass of strawberry buttermilk.
