Are we talking high budget movies that even got so far as the theaters, or direct to VHS?

There are too many movies to list in either department.

The Core, followed by Stealth.

The Core is a disaster/science fiction film, but it's more accurately described as a comedy science film. The movie takes the premise of comic book science and applies it to "What would happen if the earth's core stopped rotating?", but the problem is that the actors take that premise seriously and it dies on its ass. It is so bad and silly it makes The Day After Tommorow look like 2001.

Stealth is a wretched pile of the ashes of termite dung that tries to be a cool near-future movie about fighter jets but ends up sucking because the writers did a horrible job.

Capable of Mach 4, a range that would make the B-2 Spirit envious (more than 4000 km), a comically large weapons arsenal (held internally), CATOBAR equipped for Carrier operations, Vertical takeoff capable, AND ONLY WEIGHS 9 TONS. It's like they wanted to stuff a Stratofortress into a forklift, it just doesn't add up, and when they take facts like those seriously, I just either laugh or cry.
Although there must be some coolness to the Reverse-angled forward sweeping wings, seeing as Boeing went on to patent the idea as soon as the movie was released.

I dislike it because of how much science it declares aloud and takes seriously, when it is entirely egregious how it shouldn't work.

Back to the Future has the same sort of science but it's never explained beyond the words "Jigawatt" and "Nuclear". The Core spends several minutes trying to explain its crap which do things like directly contradict the Law of Conservation of Energy, or elementary Magnetodynamics.

I've not seen a movie worse than Battlefield: Earth. It would have to be an impressively bad film to be worse than that.

Hehheh heh... Leverage. I watched that on a Brony Movie Night. It was very quickly turned into a meme between bronies. I think the word leverage was used... 13ish times during that movie.

They call me Snake. They call me Es Rake. They call me Srahkay. That's nahmaname. That's nahmaname. That's not my... name.

The worst movie I saw... was... 2012 the Doomsday, Epic Movie and The Witcher, I'm warning ya, DO NOT WATCH THEM, or your brain will explode.

I've seen 2 and I can't remember either's name. They both fall under the horror category. Well, one of em does. The other looked like it tried to bet failed.

The first was some doctor trying to make a drug to bring people back from the dead. he succeeded but it made them sorta like intelligent self aware zombies in that they talked, replied, etc, but ate people. viciously. But the whole thing was all "let's see how gross we can make this" what with the doctor himself getting his head cut off, reattached by the zombie things, and given the drug himself. Then there was the obligatory army of undead pulled right out of the scripts infinite ass of holding. I sat through it because it was just so crummy it was funny.

The second I kinda came in on and decided to tough it out. It looked like effort was being put into it, until the "monster" appeared. They apparently spent all their budget on the camera's, lights, and set because they couldn't afford more than some guy come off the street to attempt to animate and cut out the monster. You could see the edge around the tentacles actively cutting into the tentacle and back out, with boxy, jagged edges, etc. After about 30 minutes of this, I realized the story was going nowhere really fast, and almost to confirm this, the creature disguised as a naked big breasted women who was OBVIOUSLY a porn star and OBVIOUSLY thrown in there in an attempt to salvage this dying attempt at a movie. I mean what kinda guy is gonna fall for some F cupped wonder who mysteriously appeared on an oil rig without any clothes on and try to seduce them? Well, quite a few of them, apparently. If I saw such a thing, I would high tail it off that rig because that happening out of nowhere is clearly a trap. (there was even a fire place. ON AN OIL RIG!)

Anywho, if The Room and Watch Me are anywhere near this bad, I may have to watch them.

That's no excuse. I've seen supposedly artistic movies that begin showing at film festivals and stuff, and some of them are really good.

Buried was just bad in general. I'm amazed that it gets rated so highly by some... "People"... Although I'm not sure if trendwhores actually count as people. Perhaps my amazement is unwarranted.

Ahhh I love thread revival...

so anyway, at Wal-mart there are these magic little "5$ movie boxsets"

and they can have anywhere fom 8-15 bad films on them

the most recent one I have seen was Trip With The Teacher

allow me to give you the synopsis on the back of the box:

A chilling experience in terror as a group of female students

and their pretty teacher (< that's not necessary) are ambushed

while on a field trip, by a sadistic killer and his brother

forcing the woman to learn a lesson in survival.

1. this has nothing to do with the movie

2. they weren't ambushed

3. the brothers weren't sadistic (the one was kind of mentally defective, but not sadistic)

4. the brothers weren't killers, it was only after having the fear of imprisonment did they hold the girls hostage

5. they didn't really kill more than 2 people (one of these was on accident)

6. the woman didn't learn anything about survival

now, people say that it sucks because it was made a long time ago

(it was made in 1975)

but I retort with this by calling my good friend up Vincent Price who made movies even before this and they didn't suck. Overrated and cheesy, but they didn't suck.

The plot is scratchy and the acting is terrible but it's only 89 minutes and it's fun to laugh at, if you ever see it give it a try it's a movie you won't soon forget.

This is the end of the line, and I'll rip you apart for what's inside.
