it looks like the kind of game i would play when i have NOTHING ELSE TO DO

we mostly need people, as most of the work (editing, sound effects and mapping) can be done by the current (and few) members. so far, its up to me, Xntosat=probro (now proctosis), herlev, maybe 1-2 420th admins and, hopefully, somebody from JS clan. im asking for people because the job cant be done by bots. a line battle is a very complex behavior for bots, and the current bots SUCK. what i need is: there are 22 characters, so 5-6 people could handle the voice acting. sorry, but there are no women, as the game files don't include any female model. bonus points if you have a british accent. a script editor could be useful, as right now is in alpha state. im definately gonna change/add/remove some things, but so far i like how it looks. i'll send it to a friend so she helps me out a little in the editing. actors. this is very important, as i'm gonna need at least 20 people (including extras, staff and myself). anybody that wishes to help is allowed. all ideas are welcome as long as they dont break copyright. however, if you show up to troll, to be a douche or you don't do what you're told, i'm afraid you will be kicked and banned until the movie gets done. i say this because this movie in particular requires A LOT OF COORDINATION. a revolutionary war line battle requires a lot of discipline, teamwork, skill and obedience towards the commander. im also gonna need that you DL the mod from bgmod.com . its just 512-1gb, and i must tell you, its a very good one (see "obscure PC games" thread for more info). lastly, i wanted to thank everyone that wishes to help. i leave you a copy of the script here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19421115/Script%20420th%20MOVIE.txt also, if by any chance anybody here is from the 15th wisconsin or 47th Lancashire, i would specially ask you for help, as you have some experience with BG2 machinima. again, thanks to all the ones that want to help. remember that all ideas are welcome, so email me any ideas you have, and feel free to modify the script as you wish (as long as the story remains similar).

Fortress Forever (imagine it as Team Fortress Classic Source) 8. GTA San Andreas (the single best sandbox game EVER (after GMOD, of course)) 9. Warcraft 3 and expansions (has the best map/campaign editor i have ever seen) 10. Age of empires series (because it made me a gamer!)

idk much bout this topic... at school we were taught both theories, allowing us to take our own conclusions... i think that something (call it "God", call it "the big bang", call it however u like it) created everything, and then, somehow, life was created, but evolution made it become what it is today.

U SERIOUS?!?!?! IM A BLOODY LB COMMANDER IN 420TH LB!!!! (at least i was until the mod died) LBs are the single best thing in that game dude! and 29th is cool, they are nice guys, as strict as we used to be. the real assholes where the 42Cdo people, who went 2 other servers to troll.

idk... anyways, great episode, ross. it wasnt very scary, nor very comical, but it was well balanced, with a touch of humor, a bit of scary stuff, some weird things and loose ends. i would really like to see a sequel in which the loose ends get tied up, like a rescue OP, or mike and dave manage to get away, or vortigaunts takin them to safety, or sth like that. u know, after i saw the episode i had (and i still have) a sensation of being watched... and that somebody's behind me, looking at me from the dark lol.....

im my oppinion, one of the best RTS games of all time. its SUPER HARD, very realistic (campaign, not that u can destroy a building with BULLETS) and super easy to edit. it features 14 epochs (prehistory to future) and has one of the hardest to beat AI if put on EASY in a big map. also, the editor is AMAZING, the triggers are very easy to set, you can modify any stats of any unit class (its different per team), you can modify the terrain as you most like it (it has a huge variety of textures (above 1000 i think) and you can tweak the AI as you like it most. plus, each map can withstand a max of 1200 pop, so you got plenty to make, there are 5 different resources, over 500 units (some unavailable in skirmish), including planes, choppers, robots, flying robots, infantry, cavalry, artillery, medics, recon balloons, tanks, AA half-tracks, NUKE BOMBERS, submarines, NUKE SUBMARINES, ships and prehistoric rock throwers. plus, you can create your own campaign and publish it (idk where). also, you can create very realistic WW1 and medieval / Roman empire scenarios. i created a trenches scenario that kicks ass, with interactive charges, unit deployment, reinforcements and very overpowered MGs, so there's a stalemate until you realize how to be victorious (can take weeks). however i still got it in alpha v2.1.2 REQUIREMENTS: Pentium II 350 64 MB RAM 450 mb disc space any sound / video card (game's from 2000) windows 95/98/2k/XP (idk win7, but doesn't work on Vista) has an 8.4 from gamespot.

i don't think so, in fact, in my school, im one of the few people that aren't religious catholics, but most of us approve homosexual marriage, despite our religion.

i dont really get why some people care about gays/lesbians/bisexuals/straights. i mean, if somebody has feelings for somebody else, then its perfectly fine. my country just approved homosexual marriages, slapping the church in the face, but everybody is complaining now about homosexuals having kids... its just nonsensical... myself, im just a straight, 15 YO guy, who really ,doesn't give a fuck about it. oh, and regarding the church, i just believe in "god" (not god as God, but as something abstract that makes things make sense when its impossible to explain them)

We're a product of our experiences and our environment. If people are bad, then I feel sorry for them because of what they have gone through that have made them act that way and that no one were there to guide them. i agree, the problem is that we feed those bad people with power. take as an example Egypt, or Libya, they have those assholes as presidents/dictators because they fed them with power.

im pretty sure that, if by 2015 we run out of oil, things are gonna be like this: 2015: USA sends a fuck ton of soldiers, tanks, equipment and supplies to the middle east 2016: the USA takes over 1/2 of the middle east and most of it's oil. 2017: the oil price goes up to a shit ton of money per gallon 2018: epic war between many eastern countries and USA to get oil (also in south america) 2019: some "genius" in a car making brand decides to start making cars that work using air/hydrogen/electricity/nytrogen/other flamable thing that is unrelated to petrol 2020: the people realize that there ARE alternatives to petrol, but they're too stupid to use them 2021: the UN prohibits vehicles that work with gas 2022: the epic war ends with US withdrawal, SOME people start buying things that replace petrol 2023: some real einstein figures out how to use methane to make vehicles work (but in a way better way than before) 2024: shit stays = 2025: cars are manufactured with not too powerful methane engines 2026: problem 50% solved im tired of writing now lol
