That's the reason I'd be inclined to prefer the Scattergun, Jek; Scouts tend to not have very long lifespans without their jumps. I'm still ambiguous as to the new Soldier weapon. Pyros will probably have a blast (pun not intended) with it, but Engineers? Three rockets simultaneously hitting their buildings would be devastating.

Alright, I wasn't in the best of moods when I posted that about Meet the Pyro being disappointing. I rewatched it after recollecting my rationality, and it wasn't that abysmal. I suppose I liked it. I'm particularly glad that they didn't reveal his/her/its gender; it ruins that feeling of enigmaticality. I can also confirm that the Pyro is a total wacko. Just as expected.

Yeah, the Sniper Rifle doesn't look THAT bad. I just don't think it's amazing, especially for my playstyle. But the Scout weapons look useless, the Soldier weapon'll probably turn out to be an Engie's worst nightmare, and as far as I can tell, the Pyro weapon will be simply abysmal.
