Hot chocolate is supposed to be made with milk, so why do so many people make it with water and complain that you're not supposed to put milk in it?

1 packet of chocolate mix, cocoa, or lots of Milo.

1- 1½ teaspoon of sugar

One part hot water

Mix.

One-four parts cold milk, or non-dairy milk.

 

Enjoy.

My recipe...

 

1 cup

1 packet of chocolate mix (not sugar-free)

1 teaspoon of the blood of your loved one (<- The XP)

3‰ teaspoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of pool water

1/4 Milk, 3/4 Water
