Not necessarily. I only re-encode to DivX for compatibility with other devices, like mi DVD player (it has a USB port). There's no loss of quality. If you want to simply merge the videos, use VirtualDub and set it to "direct stream copy".

You should do what I did. Use a Chrome Plugin to download the videos from Youtube at it's maximum resolution, them encoded them together. Right now I have a nice 1280x720, 26 minutes 12 seconds long video, that looks awesome.

It's been a while since I had a weird dream... These days it's mostly everyday stuff, work, family. I tend to fly (or at least hover) a lot though... don't know why, but in the dreams it doesn't seem strange. I like a good nightmare once in a while (zombie related ones are my favorite). It's like watching a horror movie. I almost never realize I'm sleeping, while in the dream... when I do, it can get really freaky.

I posted some questions in my comment on the main thread, I might as well answer them myself with what I believe. Q: Who was the man in the car? Is he important to the story or was that just a random event? A: I think comic relief (he honked a couple of times at the end as a final insult) Q What was the G-man doing at that door (during the journal reading sequence)? A: Ross likes to put the G-Man at random places in his CP videos Q: Are Mike and Dave dead? A: Nop. Q: If they survived, how did they do it? Did Barney help them escape? Are we looking at a Kenny from South Park kind of deal? A: I'm leaning towards a Kenny situation here. We didn't get an explanation after "Halloween Safety" either. Q: What happened to Dave, why was he speaking in tongues, mentioning Cthulhu at least once? A: Possesion, mind control, trauma, etc. Classic personality alterations found in Lovecraft stories. Same goes for the man living in the tunnel. Q: Will there be a sequel or at least a short explanation as to how they (if indeed they did) survive at the beginning of the next CP episode? A: I don't think so. I hope there is, but I really don't think so.
