It's all about likelihoods... You are less likely to contract a fatal form of a disease if you're vaccinated, but it isn't guaranteed. That's all. You're not guaranteed to contract a fatal form of any disease simply because you didn't get vaccinated, just more likely. Blaming the unvaccinated for the spread of diseases is like blaming people that don't use turn signals for all forms of car crashes. Vaccination isn't a cure, or a guaranteed preventative, it is merely introducing a severely weakened or dead form of the virus, and hoping the immune system uses it to become more resistant or immune to that particular strain of the virus.

Big money controlling news in USA

And culture DO make a SIGNIFICANT difference. Corruption for other cultures can mean more or less, and can be easier or harder to remove with peaceful means. We don't know exactly how far the corruption has gone here, but we do know it has taken over most of the federal government, and that similar corruption in the past required either bloodshed, or the threat of overwhelming force to remove. (and peaceful demonstrations have never done a damn thing to corruption) -
But without it being in the wild, we wouldn't have it in ANY environment, controlled or not.

Getting pissed because the mod is causing the microwave tanks to generate full screen blackouts, (I think it's a conflict with my video driver software, maybe SSAO) and building Raptors makes the game crash. (I'm trying to copy over the laser anti-missile defense from the Airforce General's King Raptor)

And yet, the disease itself can be used as a cure for blood cancer... So why are we trying to completely eradicate it?

When was the first time? 2013? 2033, in the Metro... It's in Russia. 2039 - The Destroyers for Bases Agreement's ninety-nine-year rent-free leases granted to the United States by the United Kingdom will expire.

I wouldn't consider them sports like a normal sport, but definitely in the realm of mental sports. (like chess) Have you ever tripped, scraped your hand, then done it in the exact same place twice more the same day, in the same location, and NOT thought that you should probly do something different next time you go past that location? (spoiler: I have)

Two topics that need to be in the Serious Topic section. -

Star Trek Online... Deleted my 4th Federation character at level 11, and made a 5th. Also, in between STO sessions, I've been rebuilding my Orbital Insertion mod for Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour. So far I've mostly finished the Laser General. Orbital insertion as a main power that you start with, it does serious damage to a small radius, and deploys 4 troops that are essentially a combination of the Rangers and Missile Rangers... It also redoes almost everything for the Laser General so that the regular Rangers have a lower damage, longer rang, laser version of their regular rifle, complete with the laser visuals. The Laser Paladin fires a massive burst-laser, the Hellfire drone fires the same burst laser, and the Stealth Fighter and Raptor both fire heavy burst lasers that need to be reloaded at the airfield. Essentially every gun is replaced with a laser, and every missile is a burst laser. Faster refire on the Particle Beam, reduced other special abilities... It's a massive overhaul of the Laser general, and I am just in the final touch-up and balance process. (being able to put down 500 orbital insertions a minute is just a little unbalanced)

And you're expecting what? A them to have identical problems so we can compare?
