Noob - Think of griefers, trolls, etc. I believe "newb" is the word you were looking for. Not quite... They are not. Noob = Idiot, moron, incapable of being average, even with hacks can't break even... Newb = New to something, inexperienced. (typically is enthusiastic when a veteran is willing to help him/her to exceed Newb status)

TF2 dedicated server setup is a pain in the ass.

Try using them in Google Earth. It should give you an apartment in Pueblo, CO. I might also. Depends on the server settings. I'll definitely set the mic to be heard by everyone, and no idle kick, so we can just sit there and chat if you want. (if the dedicated server actually works that is)
