Don't ever buy a new computer then upgrade the video card, it's pointless and usually far more expensive. You're in the US, so I can make a decent build for you using Newegg. I'll post the links to the parts shortly, then all you would need to do is assemble. (assembly is extremely easy, as is installing Win7)

Try compatibility mode for XP... That's all it took last time I tried. I'll reinstall shortly and tell you my exact steps though if that doesn't work for you.

Cool. I'd probly be rocking purples too by now if my subscription hadn't run out in March... Hunters are actually really great at PvP when you use hit-and-run, or flanking solo runs against enemy groups. My tactics were always quick strikes from behind to distract, then wait until the main group was assaulting the scrambled group, and return to attack them randomly... Always won if we didn't have total idiots on the Alliance side. (I'm an Alliance dude, couldn't stand the people that always seemed to play Horde, with very few exceptions)
