I'd have to say a hobby and artform. As much as it disgusts me to be put in the same group as Extra Credits I have to say I see a lot of artistic things that can be done with video games and artistic games like Killer7 and BioShock really back this argument, and Unreal which is basically you just walking around a giant piece of art. And also video games are a ton of fun.

It sounds like they're taking a more comical approach to it and jesus christ that sounds awful. And I've had enough Nolan North, seriously. Jackie's original voice actor was great :C Also, Unreal. Had to reinstall it, Patch 227 messed the game up.

Got Unreal and Unreal Tournament patched to hell and working! Been playing those all day.

You should just pick up the Classic Collection. That's where I got my copies.

I'm excited for The Darkness II, I've always said The Darkness has the best story in a video game ever and D2 is in the hands of Digital Extremes, who made Unreal. EDIT: Nevermind, it has Nolan North and cel-shading. God must hate me.

I really like BioShock actually, I mean, ever since the CG trailer scared the pants off of me in 2006 I've always had a place in my heart for the game. Unreal! Finished the amazing Bluff Eversmoking. That mission took me a good hour to complete, not because it was hard or anything, but because exploring the place was incredible.

also, if you're looking for a real challenge. You should try Unreal on "SURVIVAL MODE." -no hud -"Unreal difficulty" -you can only carry 4 light weapons and 1 heavy weapon at a time.

I think Unreal is one of the most underrated first person shooters, it really doesn't get enough credit. It's only noted for its nice graphics when it really has amazing atmosphere, A.I, story, and cool scripted sequences.

I haven't played Team Fortress 2 in a year, what's going on with it?

Before I played it, I was basically a Half Life devout. The minute I stepped onto Na Pali that all changed. I like Half Life but after Unreal I just don't find it that good. If you ever cornered me at a party and asked me what all I liked about Unreal I'd probably waste 3 hours of your life.

Unreal. ISV-Kran is really the only part of that game I hate.

Atmosphere: So Far, Unreal is the only game I've played that does this to a masterful degree, where every place is different from the last and incredibly detailed.

Mine reminds me of my time in the Navy during the Cold War. ARGGH

I'm reminded of Sin Episodes: Emergence. In SiN 1 Blade just wouldn't shut the fuck up but in Episodes he doesn't even grunt when shot at. I don't know why this reminds me of that but it does.

I feel the game had too much screwing about at the beginning and not enough killing. It's a Duke game, jesus christ.

I've been really liking this game, although i don't care much for the platforming even though it's incredibly creative.
