I just got back from Kool and the Gang so I decided to make this thread Kool and the Gang at the Kansas State Fair 2011: 10/10 I would like to start off by saying this was singlehandedly the Best Concert I Have Ever Been To In My Entire Life. And yes, I go to concerts often. They started off strong, playing some of the best and most known music of theirs. It almost seemed like it couldn't get any better. But it did. Surprisingly they kept the crowd moving the whole entire time not stopping for anything. They ended the show with Celebration. I cannot explain how amazing it was. It just was. There is no possible way to explain it. I am truly at a loss for words (which hardly ever happens).

Rock music is pretty known. If I ask if someone listens to rock and they answer no, they still have a good idea of what it is. Now electronic music genres are different. Most people don't know what it is. I find that if you find one genre of electronic music you like, you will like others too. For example, I started out with Techno (yes, straight up Techno, I know what I'm talking about), then started listening to Tech House, Then Prog and Electro House, Then Funky House and Breakbeats, then somewhere along the way I found an interest in Trance. Note: I am only speaking for the US and in personal experience.
