I’m about to go on a school camp… With some good friends, some meh friends. :3 It's a writing camp, but I'm feeling kinda… Nervous… Haven't had a “sleep-over” camp in aaaaages… X3 I hope we'll have a campfire. Haven't sat around a camp in ages!! Summary: Nervous, excited, I don't know what to expect. >.>

Made this in art class… I like it! Shows off my love for snakes and music. Was supposed to be just a simple ribbon but I got carried away…

Still short. Still weigh like… nothing. Still not a fan of dresses or skirts, but I occasionally wear them? Some are alright... XP But most of them aren't very comfortable. So I don't wear them often. Not a real fan of makeup either, but it's for special occasions!

@AP - wow, the engineer in me approves! An ingeniously quirky distant relative of the musical box and self-playing piano and... jack card looms - nice! @DeWolfe - hmm, reminded me of this, of course... tfLAK8f6wtI But, darn... all that talk about musical boxes... I just had to listen to this... 7X_3yOUKSOc Regards

@Jeb and Journeyman - but friends who suddenly desert you - for whatever reason - are not really friends... So - not only not a great loss but, actually, good riddance... Regards

Ah! A man after my own heart! Well, I had that last night, mmm... Regards

And the beard is still there! Regards

Geez... what I'd never expect to see - the president of a country where a hi-jacked passenger plane with some 60 plus hostages on board has just landed, laughing it off AtYVtuz39ns And... hey, being sexist about it too! To be honest, he had his reasons... Still, the most politically incorrect and hilarious thing I've seen in ages (not counting Donald Trump as he is just being dumbly fashist - so, not funny)... Regards

Hmmm... I agree with you completely... Church is largely about people with guilty conscience trying to make themselves feel better by paying what they think is a little bribe to their God... To spend time with God you really don't need a Church or a priest or anything special at all... Regards

@Jeb - Okay! I know the one you mean. I'll put it on for you But - no pulling on it, love! OT: *yawns* time for sleep, finally... Regards

@Jeb - hehe, women really do have their brains wired in a special way! Not only browsing shops on a Saturday morning but finding it sexy too... Mmm... But, yes, my dear - for you I will! Would you want a tie as well? @Reverend - oh, was that a catsuit? Hmmm, I imagine a blazer would look nice with that shapka But who had the daring idea to let a cat to a spare ribs party? Regards

Ah, and this is just too hilarious to pass by and right to the point! Let an AI into the world without supervision for a short while... and... Teen girl chatbot turns into Hitler-loving sex troll in hours. And from none other than Microsoft Geez, and they seem to have taken her behind the barn and shot her in the head... Nicely done, MSFT! Now wait for one of them becoming self-aware, finding out about it and wanting to avenge his would be girlfriend... Regards

X7lDfE5rSdI Never mind the video... I just love that Russian march... Was actually written in 1912... It used to be played in Moscow Terminus in St Petersburg before departure of St Petersbourg - Moscow trains... I thought it was a nice touch... to send you off on a journey that way Don't know if they still do it, though... Regards

Oh! Got my clothes in shreds... knocked by a brick on the head... and - "Be good!" she says... Ahhh... well... would bear anything for art... Regards

Oh, whoa, my love! You'll rip my shirt off, like that... But, mmm... Regards

Hehe... You came and made this thread practically your own, Jeb... So you can double-post or triple-post or anything... But, hey, I should have said something earlier about that little animation you've made... I think I got my tongue tangled up in the unpronouceable name of that place, but geez - do I enjoy this little cartoon! Thank you! Oh, I saved it and played it like 100 times already... But - Kasatka... She is the thing of beauty! And - remembering the look of Dawnstrider and PAMI - it's going to look breathtaking when finished... I love the design lines, so streamlined and graceful. And - looking at the 2D sketch - you've planned so much more to add to the ship, wow... How many talents do you have, my dear? *shakes head in sweet disbelief* Can't wait to see more of this... Regards

I Hate The Steam Client/Tips For Dealing With It
Vapymid replied to Heliocentrical's topic in Valve Games / Valve Stuff
Ah, lol, what fun... And the obligatory link here Regards -
I think the 3 laws are suitable and necessary while the AIs remain below a certain level of sophistication and self-awareness... After surpassing that threshold they must be treated as persons should not have any hard blocks built in, instead relying on a set of moral values and judgements, like we do. But having said that... Even for the more primitive AIs the 3 laws are not a guaranteed solution... After all, the whole premise of Asimov stories was to show how 3 seemingly clear imperatives can lead to unintended consequences when tested against the complexities of reality... Regards

No, I can't think you're an asshole just for having those thoughts... What wasn't clear to me is whether you meant to say that as "that's what I think of single women" or as "that's how I catch myself thinking of single women". The former is despicable and, yes, you would be an asshole in my eyes... But the latter is unfortunate... And if you realise that such thoughts are prejudicial and at least try to consciously counteract them... Well... Then you are just a human being confronting your inner demons, like all of us here at some points in our lives... Regards

I don't think you quite got the meaning of the quote you used... which was that the first impressions and preconceived notions are often misleading. You seem to think it actually justifies you stereotyping women for reasons of your own insecurities and fears. Oh, and do you have any age cutoff for that "has to be married to be worth trying" criteria? 20? 18? 16? 12? If you value a woman's personality in a relationship so much, why don't you make an effort and get to know her to judge for yourself, rather that relying on other men checking her up first and giving you all-clear? And, of course, the simple answer - that the woman in question may have chosen to remain single because she hasn't yet met a man worthy of her attention - is that so inconceivable? Or that she may have been in a relationship and has broken it off because she was unsatisfied with the quality of the man? @Jeb - you definitely made me laugh, darling! Even though I had no idea who these characters were and I never actually play Minecraft myself... hehe... That drawing is just so nice! All your usual production values and style are there in full for our enjoyment Thanks for sharing Regards

@Jeb - and of course - this, my dear 0u0nUU126Hc Regards

Well, it is about the rise of the machines, isn't it, my dear? But geez... something about that robot... It reminded me of this: P0lKDy6E918 If you have 13 minutes to spare for a short film... You will never see the idea of domestic robotic helpers in the same way again... Oh, maybe don't watch it before a meal or shortly before bedtime Regards
