I'm amazed that Ross played (and loved) this game, while Ori and the Blind Forest (as well as Ori and the Will of the Wisps, for that matter) aren't even on the list. I played Ori first, and Hollow Knight felt painfully mediocre in comparison.

@Ross Scott Oh, I almost forgot. I seem to be one of quite many people who think that RGD awards were an important part of the show, and also that the fact that they (sometimes) repeat is perfectly fine - it slowly builds a "metalanguage" of the show, allowing you to quickly convey your thoughts in a concise and poignant way.

2:15:30 For someone with a degree in psychology, Ross’s faith in humanity is almost cute. For the vast majority of people, things like slow Internet connection in their apartment are infinitely more important than some catastrophe in the other end of the country. People would choose to rather repair the potholes in their roads than to replace lead pipes in another community without batting an eyelid, and would feel utterly righteous about that too. “Are you saying we should pay for those [insert pejorative here] who can’t take care of themselves, you dirty communist?”.

Most important quote of the stream: not-enough.mp4
-
Every time Ross describes his dreams I get jealous, most of the time I sleep without any at all.
-
In the game, you press the button at 10:20, then jump on the glider through the opened hatch using some logs which you can see at 10:26 as a ramp (which Freeman would never ever do), then drive straight to the pier at 15:50 and walk into the airlock. The door in the chain link fence at 10:40, as well as everything between it and the aforementioned pier, does not exist.

Say something bad about Ross or his stupid show here

This thread is golden. -
I'm in the camp that couldn't care less about Freeman's Mind, but I must admit I'm astonished by the sheer amount of work that goes into each episode. Here's what the map looks like in the game (image courtesy Niels L @ YT): It almost looks like by the time Ross finishes FM2, the total amount of content in the game will increase by 20-30%.

Also, 23:50 I’m not a GoT fan, but I’m pretty sure it’s called The Martin’s Principle: “the more likeable the character is, the more they should suffer”.

Some highlights 15:50 good drama in fiction 43:30 favorite X Files episode 54:30 how Ross’s brain works 02:02:50 how Ross’s brain works (cont.) 02:23:35 what Ross’s mother’s like 02:27:05 opinion on Uwe Boll and the Postal movie 02:37:20 Ross’s favorite weapons And of course, 21:35

This is not even a wake-up call, this is a wake-up train horn. Think alcorehab, dude.
-
It would, as long as there's no impact on what and how Ross plays. The only difference would be to launch OBS before launching the game.
-
It's a pity that you didn't stream the games that you played during your vacation. I know that it sounds weird and I might be a minority, but I enjoy your streams about as much as your other content.

I look at the screenshot and I instantly understand why Ross got interested.

Ross's Game Dungeon: Aida's Strange Christmas

Файл в UTF-8. Судя по кракозябрам, плеер пытается читать его как WIN-1251. Подобные косяки были позором ещё лет 15 назад. Пора мигрировать на нормальный плеер. -

Oh God, it's like the response to the GaaS video all over again.

This video is a perfect example of why I'm in Ross's fanbase. I don't care whatsoever about the topic itself, but watching Ross's eyes burning with passion just energizes me in a certain way. Seeing someone so zealous - no matter about what - kinda awakens me from slumber and motivates me to pull my own shit together. I'm sure there is a specific term in psychology for that. (It's also exactly the reason why I'm not crazy about FM. It just doesn't have that... vibe I was talking about).

It’s not even about mental health. Over the past years Ross fell victim to the common misconception that you should work harder to accomplish more, which is incorrect. It’s counter-intuitive, but having a proper rest at regular intervals increases your overall productivity (averaged over long period of time), because the skyrocketed performance overcompensates the time spent on vacations. I’m extremely glad Ross finally decided to refresh himself and I’m sure that it will have nothing but positive effect on his content. If following Ross for 13 years taught me something about him, it’s that he will never, ever abandon his plans. The movie might be delayed for as long as needed, but it will be done.

I'm kinda lost here, I thought he wanted to make an ark?..
