I just thought it would be fun to know, what is your image of sweden ? Because I've heard some really fun stuff (that it is a city in Irak for example).

So I figured I would find out more about what people think of this place.

Who? - Unfortunately most of the US doesn't pay attention to the countries on the Scandinavian Peninsula. :)

These conspiracy theories gets weirder and weirder... But then again, alot of Swedes think it was the Illuminati who killed Olof Palme (a swedish prime minister) some years ago. There are about 200 people who has reported themselves, claiming they did it...

I think there should be a thread with a name "What do the rest of the world think of your country?". And the rule would be like this: someone asks about her/his country and for an amount of replies or time others should give answers.

Okay, this would be good at the forum games section wouldn't it?:? Just an idea.

As for this thread:

I haven't been to Sweden or met any swedish people yet. But my father was there in the late 70's, the old photos he made and the storied he told me make me think that country is an awesome place (well compared to mine at least). :)

One more thing. I watched the Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time youtube series and those guys made me laugh so hard. Though I've loved mayonnaise too before the show.

I think it's an okay place (from me, that's saying a lot since I'm not a fan of places XD). There are some pretty cool swiss watches out there.

Are you confusing Sweden with Switzerland?

I guess I did. This is what I get for trying to post opinions when I'm tired XD
