I had a friend almost convicted of rape because a test confirmed his DNA in her kagigger, but he wasn't even in the same country when she claimed he raped her. So you're saying that you want a completely civilian workforce on all military bases in the mainland USA? (apart from taking away 99% of what the members of the military do outside of wartime, that would be a massive waste of already limited government funds) Also, there is the Reserves to deal with, as they get the boot camp, monthly paycheck, and only spend a couple weeks on active duty each year unless there's a war. They have the normal military training without the extended active service most people are afraid of.
