  1. I am a direct male-line descendant of the 18th president of the USA, Ulysses S. Grant. (the name the army forced upon him because they were stupid when he went to West Point, his original name was Hiram Ulysses Grant) My great grandfather on my father's side was a rum runner, and my grandfather built stock cars from scratch. (6 cylinder engines that would consistently be in the top 3 against all V8's) My mother's side has Norwegian, Irish, and Scottish. (the Norwegian side comes from Viking royalty, but I never found out who exactly) Genetics have made my parents susceptible to being alcoholics, but I only got the part that lets me tolerate large amounts of liquor.
  2. Pirate is good, pay to company is bad, you are meh.
  3. Printing out my custom MtG card set, (the first set is just a collection of random cards based on the art I found, no particular theme) and making 3 more themed sets. (one is pirate themed, another is counter-poison, and another is a Commander deck)
  4. 1. You have no sources for your 'refuting' of my sources. 2. Are you really just that lazy that you can't use the sources that are there? I linked the wiki because I don't have time to link the numerous sources it does, and because you'll likely ignore them anyways. 3. About parts 1 & 2, because those weren't part of part 3, they could have been either cleaned or adjusted before you got them, hence no problems. (and you got lucky) Part 3, the 220 is a nice piece, it doesn't have a lot of problems, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't have any problems. (the magazine issue was not because of the mag, but because of the recoil spring, in case you didn't bother actually reading the problems I linked) 4. (the DE issue) It is likely that they were either using a DE produced by another manufacturer, or one of the other versions that had problems that didn't exist in the Mk XIX version. Specifics are necessary for an informed opinion. (using possibly completely unconnected issues to make a conclusion as to the reliability of a firearm is not smart) 5. (the ammo properties) You could've started the conversation with that, and your unrealistic values would've made a LOT more sense. 6. (RPG elements) Sounds like a lot of fun, but you'll need to make a large variety of different types and styles of missions in order to keep people interested. I like the idea of that perk system. 7. I still think you're overestimating people's reaction time.
  5. Cloak.
  6. Might Make Mike Munch Mulberries. JOLLY
  7. Is a movie I will probably never watch. Friday the 13th.
  8. Finishing replying to stuff here so I can play NFSU2. (order of operations applied to life sucks sometimes)
  9. Hoe hoe hoe... Merry death day!
  10. I think there's a thread somewhere for sharing your ZA plans, but I'll post mine here since we are already on the secondary topic... First, I already have a sidearm, (Ruger SR40c) and 290 rounds of ammo. (250x Remington UMC 180gr 990FPS FMJ, 40x COR®BON 135gr 1325FPS JHP) As well, I have a pair of bows and plenty of arrows. Second, I live less than half a mile away from a gun store whose owners have already said that in a ZA or if someone invades the country, I should go there and get stocked up. (they have everything, aven AR500 plates) Third, after getting loaded with ammo, weapons, and gear, I take a long walk up to one of the car dealerships and swipe a pickup/SUV. (this is a temporary vehicle) Drive to one of the many welding shops around here, grab a generator and some flux-core welding equipment, and then head to the nearest RV store. (about 15 miles away) Swipe the largest RV I can find, load it with the welding supplies and food/drink, and then set out to my holdout location. Holdout location: 42°50'58.00"N 97°28'54.23"W. Gavin's Point Dam. Easy to secure against almost anything that can't fly or shoot, and can produce all the electricity I would ever need. 30 minute drive to get some ammo reloading and weaponsmithing equipment, and anything I can't find in the nearby small towns. (plenty of fishing from that dam, so I won't need much in the way of food or water) If we end up in a ZA, and you can get over to there, do. I'm happy to share my holdout location with people I can get along with. _____________________________________________________________________________________ OT: Feeling bored, yet not... I don't really have an emotional state right now, I guess.
  11. @Rarity & Binky: Agreed. @Binky: Fender tends to be slightly (almost imperceptibly) better with electric, Gibson slightly (almost imperceptibly) better with acoustic. (from what I can tell anyways YMMV)
  12. Eating pizza, and preparing to play some NFSU2.
  13. 1. So because he disagrees with your easily debatable stance, you disregard everything he says... That makes sense... Not. 2. Disregarding a source that cites MANY sources, just because it's a wiki page... Aparently you won't accept any source that disagrees with you. 3. How many different guns have you used, how many of them have come direct from the factory, and how many are never touched by anyone but you? http://www.defensivecarry.com/forum/general-firearm-discussion/112460-please-help-p220-problems.html https://pistol-forum.com/archive/index.php/t-739.html (and there are many more instances of this issue) Which specific model and versions of the DE? (which company made it is important too) I linked a review for the IWI Mk XIX, and you never specified about the ones in your stories. Concerning the spoiler: Range/accuracy/penetration properties that any real manufacturer would commit genocide to get out of their best experimental rounds now... (and they've been trying since long before the 60's) And that's with higher-end materials. Try looking at what happened when the US military made a competition to make the new standard rifle... A ton of really awesome weapons and ammo, but none could meet the standards required. (and those were pretty lax compared to what you are using) If you're going to ignore real life limitations that have been experienced with ammo and weapons, just say so. (and quit trying to justify using unrealistic stats for the weapons) Concerning the SMOD problem: It isn't Chrome. Check your AV, since that is quite obviously what is causing the problem. (Chrome can't delete files)
  14. Don't even not joke about that!
  15. Still bored, but enjoying the nostalgia of being able to use the threat of being banned from the TF2 server in the war as an effective weapon.
  16. Getting tired enough to sleep for a while.
  17. First: http://www.futurefirepower.com/myths-about-the-nato-556-cartridge Second: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HK_4.6%C3%9730mm Third: You cite many sources that from the sound of things never cleaned the factory packing grease from the Desert Eagle. (a common problem for just about any semi-auto handgun, including my own SR40c) 99% of people will clean only the slide or a few other minor areas that can deal with the grease, but forget other areas. (in the SR40c, it's the striker channel that needs to be cleaned to prevent FTEs, which makes almost no sense) To the hatchet: I actually saw it when I was looking for a scopeless sniper rifle for you. lol (unfortunately I didn't bookmark it) Concerning SMOD: Get it from here... http://bsnooch.com/forums/index.php?topic=1360.0 Follow the instructions, and you should get a playable mod.
  18. Has a superhero and supervillain. Superman. (1978)
  19. AHHHH!!! NIPPLE!!! You should be ashamed of yourself! lol
  20. The always playing in the background song, and this: trxE4rokPt4
  21. Even as a hobby, you could conceivably make money from it. (I think your voice is that good)
  22. I like controllers for flying and driving... Anything else, and it's way too imprecise. I dare anyone to do an FPS using their console controller of choice vs me and my M+KB. (I'll show you the true meaning of the phrase "one sided")
  23. ANTI-BRONY WAR REIGNITE!!! (oops, forgot that containment is still in place)
  24. You have a beautiful voice... Now you just need to practice with it. (and not try to be quiet)
