Well, mine right now on several other sites is pretty obviously just my way of adding to the DXHR hype... My old one I'm attaching since I can't seem to find a good link to it anywhere else. Use Arnica gel, it increases blood flow, and reduces swelling... Usually reduces pain in most muscles. It's homeopathic, but it works.

Your system is unstable. Downgrade to XP is my recommendation until you get 4GB RAM. Once you do, get Windows 7, never use Vista. If you're running Vista just for DX10, just get the DX10RC for XP... It isn't perfect, but it lets you do a lot of DX10 stuff on XP.

Three words: Duct tape mod. At least until you get good at the game, then try to do it without the mod, on Nightmare...

I was more into Quake before Doom 3 came out... Doom 3 had much better GFX, and it just seemed a bit more like you were actually in the game.
