  1. Finally, my dreams of become a death metal singer will finally come true. All the warning notations on the video make me wonder why there hasn't been (to my knowledge at least) a death/gore metal type band that haven't whose songs deal thematically with the various true and absolutely horrifying effects of chemicals and gases on the human body. One could compose a veritable concept album on the dangers of mustard gas alone. "Sneezing and copious mucus would develop as if a dose of flu was on the way. Then the eyelids would swell and close with an accompanying sensation of burning in the throat. Where bare skin had been exposed, moist red patches just as in scarlet fever grew, the patches becoming massive blisters within twenty four hours. Thereafter would arrive severe headaches, rise in pulse rate and temperature, pneumonia ... In more severe exposures men cough up a cast of their mucous membrane, lose their genitals, or be burnt through to the bone." ~ Denis Winter, Death's Men: Soldiers of the Great War
  2. Cryptic Ambience by Profane Grace You my friend have astoundingly awesome taste in music!
  3. "And that's why you should stay in school!"
  4. I want some Sulfur Hexafluoride for my birthday... :3
  5. I loved his candy based rating system for Last Stand. "I give Union City and rating of a box of liquor flavoured truffles. Except the box is empty. There's nothing inside it. Somebody opened it and I can't find the truffles." Was their ever a more apt description of a disappointing game? Especially in regards to sequels and franchise titles that fail to reach their predecessors lofty achievements. Silent Hill: Downpour springs to mind with distressing alacrity. I wish all critics and journalists reviewed things like this.
  6. It might just be me, but I find something intrinsically worrying about sponsored reviews. Sure, it can be done in a respectful and above-board way, but between the commercial interests of the sponsor and the sense of modest gratitude of the sponsored there is far too much room for bruised egos and sore spirits.
  7. You really shouldn't feel like that. Everybody gets suckered by dodgy products once in awhile.

  9. His comments about how certain fantasy fans are obsessed with lore to the point of silliness struck me as being rather presecient. He could of been describing me! ;p
  10. Username seems to have been inspired by a rather good band.
  11. Anybody else made the terrible mistake of updating to Windows 10 yet? I have! It's every bit as confusing and weird as you'd expect it to be.
  12. Thanks for answering both of my questions in detail Ross And I guess I should thank you too danielsangeo for cherry picking them. I think if anybody made Eternam into a TV series it would be like some bizarre French language equivalent of The Prisoner.
  13. Because it's the rule. We don't pretend to understand Rule 34, we merely enforce it Seattleite. :3 I totally and incredulously believe you.
  14. I don't like how close I am to mississippi "Don't like" as in angry, upset or afraid? :3
  15. Ah yes, the sylvan kingdom of Wolverhamptom. I'm glad you noticed that bit :3 I have to confess I was inordinately proud of my half-arsed efforts, though I should say that the names weren't my own invention. They're all places in the Warhammer world. "Jaffa Cakes" ~ On a totally unrelated note, has anybody ever noticed that David Beckham's brand logo looks like a stimpak?
  16. Rival programming to One Tree Hill? Anybody would be angsty if they hailed from a place called Shitting Sands
  17. That was way too easy Psychotic Ninja.
  18. Not The Son Of Desert Storm, But The Child Of Chechnya by Vatican Shadow
  19. I love when the sort of weird contemporary art I like becomes an internet meme. You might already be aware, but it's actually a photograph of a performance art piece entitled Homeland by the the Chinese artist Zhang Huan. It was partly conceived in protest against the economic migration of Shadong province farmers into the cities.
  20. Kicking Harold: Harold Shipman appears and starts aggressively kicking the air in front of him. Soon he begins to advance on the audience, menacing them with a potential booting. Without warning a giant Harold Pinter smashes into the venue kaiju-style and kicks Harokld Shipman into the moon. Next band: Grinning Death's Head Somebody had to do it eventually. Binky was just addressing the elephant in the room. :3
  21. I most definitely prefer the cold. If I'm too cold I feel I can do something about it, wear more layers, turn on the heating, do anything to get a sweat on, hide under a blanket, etc. The arrival of annual hot weather is the one thing I dread more than most things. I'm not built for it, people stay out and become more annoying and noisy and I can't do anything significant to cool down. It's the one and only time of the year I'm glad I work in a shop full of refrigerated shelving. What is the most offensive item of clothing or apparel you own?
