I loathe Discord because of some major bugs it has, and hasn't even acknowledged are a problem for over 3 years.

Yes. Though improv tends to be more fun for me. What if Discord also requires you to forcibly power off your system in a bad way, just to be able to play a game afterwards? (same as my previous question)

That depends, but right now Starcraft 2. Warcraft 3 has a better campaign though. Steam voice chat or Discord?

Starcraft 2 again. Coop is quite fun, and I still loathe with a hatred that burns with the power of a million black holes any form of PvP in RTS games.

Starcraft 2 Since it's free to play for the entire WoL campaign, and almost all of the multiplayer stuff, I'm able to get a friend to play with me in coop. We haven't lost since the first mission we played.
