Who ever said to weld the pliers to the damn wire? Use pliers to form the wire into the rings, they won't stick unless you're using completely molten metal, and actively heating the pliers to match. (I have lots of experience with welding, and hot/molten metal + pliers)

I actually like the CIA, especially since I know more about them than someone without clearance should. (and they know I know)

I've seen the DSS statistics for it... It's something like 10% of all disabilities way back when that were falsified... Even still getting them today.

Because it's something that isn't easily visible by looking at someone, and there are a lot of people that abused the process to gain dissability without actually having a disability.
