  1. Listening to the MGR:R soundtrack and playing warframe.
  2. ZisqB_fD2pQ
  3. Well that sucks. I have the same problems with Toho films because they just had poor practices with storing their films.
  4. Depending on what episodes they are, that might be the case. However, to my knowledge, most of the early episodes have had a DVD release. Even the Godzilla vs. Megalon episode had a DVD release, although that went out of print very quickly because of copyright issues.
  5. I'm soooo buzzed right no-=----w
  6. Going to bed, feeling happy because a blu-ray I preordered yesterday jumped up $10 in price from what I paid for it.
  7. Played some Warframe with a coworker and her friend today. Not bad, but a pain to get the hang of because the tutorial sucks. Methinks the devs needs to look at other games to see what a good inventory, upgrade, and character screen look like, because the ones in this game feel like a jumbled mess.
  8. Marketing seems like the biggest reason in my opinion. Those loose references and nods don't cut it for me as major reasons (in fact, aside from a couple, they felt forced and all-too general to properly tie Infinite with the other 2 games), and the gameplay changes they made this time around really tear Infinite away from 1 and 2 in that respect as well. I used the pistol and volley gun the most with bucking bronco and undertow (easy headshots with the pistol). The gameplay changes made the others really lackluster for me to use frequently and the lack of charged variety also made them feel dull compared to previous Plasmids. I too didn't like how the upgrades had no visual flair. I get the reasoning, but that was also one of the changes I disliked with Infinite.
  9. I don't get why, aside from those two moments in the game, that Infinite needs the Bioshock name. Did I miss other hints that tie the Rapture universe with the Columbia one?
  10. When I was your age I was 18... When I was 18, I turned into a walking HR call.
  11. I'm not worried about the free games promo because I already got so many games I haven't even touched yet due to my previous system being unable to play them. I have thought about the GTX 650, since AMD is slow to send out updates for their cards. But I just found an HD 7770 for about 90$ after rebate, I thought this sounded pretty good. I'd jump on that then. The 7770 beats the 650 in quite a few benchmarks anyway. FWIW, I use a 7950 and haven't run into any issues regarding updates from AMD.
  12. Primal Carnage, this game is harder than I thought it would be.
  13. I've recently started using the free version of EaseUS Todo Backup in windows (still vastly prefer rsync for backups though), which will also do what you're wanting it to do and a bit more.
  14. I think in that price range, you'd be hard pressed to find an Nvidia GPU that competes with the 7770. However, for a little bit more, the Gigabyte GTX 650 2GB edition might be worth a look at. Each brand generally has their pros and cons, such as free games, how much of an overclock you can do with them, drivers, sli/crossfireX performance, physx (for your CPU, I'd recommend getting a card to do that instead of offloading it to your CPU). Also, the 7770 comes with Far Cry 3 only, so if you already own that, then a GTX 650, which includes redeemable credits for some F2P games, might be a better value.
  15. Nah man, it's about throwing Crows at people now. DA FAQ YOU BEEN!?!?!
  16. Finished Bioshock: Infinite today with mixed feelings about the experience. Just got into Scribblenauts!
  17. I actually enjoyed 2 more than infinite for a few reasons, too... and I couldn't tell you why the vigors all have traps, considering few situations actually call for them imo. Anyway, OT: I bought Primal Carnage and Scribblenauts: Unlimited on Steam today.
  18. You've obviously never seen Good Will Hunting... Actually, I have seen that movie, but it was a long time ago and didn't leave a memorable impression on me.
  19. I've never placed much stock in the whole IQ thing personally. A high IQ that's wasted on meaningless tasks is worth less compared to a lower IQ that accomplishes something.
  20. I'm disappointed that no one bought the Darksiders series. I just got through playing the first one and had a lot of fun with it.
  21. Bought Bioshock: Infinite as a b-day gift to myself. It's pretty fun, though I don't get why they felt the need to slap the Bioshock name on it.
  22. My car died recently, so I had to get another one. On the topic of smart cars (I didn't buy one, it lacks certain functionality), they're not as cramped as people think. I'm fairly tall, between slim and average build, and can sit in the driver's seat comfortably. There's just not much space for anything aside from you and luggage or a passenger. I think it's cool how you can easily replace the panels on it with other panels for easy styling, though, and it did have some nice acceleration.
  23. Wow, we almost need to have a bar hopping night for the forum. That'll be three of us turning 21 this year.
  24. Got back into playing Bastion this evening. I forgot how difficult the game gets when you start piling on idols, which is good. Beats the challenge I got out of NG+ in Dark Souls.
