  1. 7/10, it's growing on me. It reminds me of the Ironwyrm Golem from Dungeons & Dragons. That's him, on the left. Thanks for the source! I'm not really into anime to be entirely honest, my predilection being towards old school hyperviolent manga films of a prior decade. In case you are still interested the artist behind my avatar is the marvelously cute n' creepy Saccstry.
  2. @ TheTron852: Crikey! I'd almost forgotten about Chris Redfield's boulder punching antics in RE5 Definately rates among my top ten "what on God's green Earth am I looking at" moments in gaming.
  3. Fast I like how suggestively ambiguous that one is.
  4. Never has anything negative to say about anyone.
  5. I'll rumpel- your -stiltskin anytime, you handsome puss... :3
  6. I saw Suicide Squad a couple of days ago. I rather enjoyed it, the first hour or so most of all. The stylistic introduction of the characters was one of the better paced parts of the film, strangely all the action and culmination felt a little rushed to me. I was even pleasantly surprised Jared Leto's interpretation of the Joker, rendering him a more decadent and reminiscent of what happens when a powerful individual is able to subvert equality and social taboos. A superhero film with some personality and a less muted colour palette was what the genre sorely needed. 7/10
  7. For what it's worth Username, I'm genuinely sorry for being a sarcastic bellend to you on occasion. I'd rather you didn't leave us, but I can understand why. Sometimes this forum doesn't award the effort one makes to initiate conversation. Constant bickering isn't exactly my idea of a worthwhile endeavour and I certainly don't enjoy observing it.
  8. 8/10, I've been meaning to ask where she is from. She looks delightfully old school and faintly point n' clickish.
  9. I'm fond of both, but generally I prefer spiciness. Bog Mummies or Ice Mummies? It is? I thought Daggerfall was the homeland of the Redguards. High Rock is the homeland of the Bretons, correct? I'm a complete n00b in regards to TES lore.

  11. Simpson's quotes huh? Wanna' try to make a baby sibling for Bart, Lisa and Maggie?
  12. "Thanks but I don't need coffee. My mouth is full of fire."
  13. The latter, if only so I could become a supervillain named Damp. If you bring any four bands or musicians together for a one-off gig, who would you pick?
  14. Hell is drinking normal cola after years of drinking cherry cola. (I'm sorry, I think I broke my imagination in the videogame fuse thread)
  15. Firefly's sense of humour VS. everything else on TV = Firefly wins. "The oldest figure sculpture is between 35,000 and 40,000 years old. Between that point and the present there was a period of perhaps just 40 years when it was not particularly acceptable, and then only in the rarefied world of avant-garde art, to make such a work. We want to see ourselves reflected, in the place we are now." - Martin Herbert, Post-Abstract and Data-Mapped: The Conditions of Contemporary Figure Sculpture
  16. Screamin' Beatrice enslaves man-eating bananas and overpriced cultist demonic cicadas for the President.
  17. 6/10, I think some of your past ones have been more distinctive.
  18. ^ I'm not 100% sure what happened to the flow of the game here. Nevermind! ;3 Doom + Broken Sword = Usurper It's the year 1996 in an alternative universe where the afterlife (including the existence of heaven, hell and purgatory) has been confirmed as a concrete fact of reality, and that in some ways they are simply another stage of life and they resemble parallel "conterminous" reflections of the material world. Devils, angels and human beings exist in a complex and multicultural network of allied interests and conflicting ideologies. Decades of warfare during the 17th and early 20th centuries between the celestial and infernal powers of the world played out upon and ravaged the realm of mortals, and only ceased when humanity began to initiate peace talks between the forces of heaven and hell and took their place in the delicate balancing act of cosmic moral duality. After a bitter and fruitless "cold war" in which mortal humanity stood on a knife's edge between reconciliation and collaboration, the political landscape of this worlds closing decades seemed set to be much peaceful. That is until an unprecedented event in the lowest pit of the inferno, Satan's throneship itself, comes under attack from a devastating new weapon and soon after the king of sin himself vanishes without a trace. All of the signs point to an elaborate conspiracy to overthrow the rulership of hell, which the demonic powers-that-be use as an opportunity to cast aspersions against the ancient hierarchies of paradise and even implicating God into the cosmopolitical turmoil. An individual with unique talents and a steadfast rejection of bias is sent to investigate these troubling events - a man named Donovan Meillassoux - a man with a mischievous streak, artful brutality and sharp investigative instincts. A member of the so-called "Concordance", an intelligence gathering society of humans who are capable as being subtle as a breeze and as blunt as a sledgehammer at a moment's notice. Allied to no faction but ostensibly serving the interest and sovereignty of all, Concordance Inquirers (as they are traditionally called, belying the organizations peculiar sense of self-effacing humour) are called upon when the ageless squabbling betwixt light and darkness make the search for the truth all but impossible for any other individual. Playing out as a kind of multiperspective adventure game with cinematic combat and social/environmental investigation sections, it's best to think of Usurper as a kind of three-dimensional point n' click game with action-adventure engine and player controls - or an open-world game with somewhat more linear (though extremely detailed and involved) locations, filled with eccentric characters to interact with, object and logic puzzles and a search for clues to the whereabouts of Satan and the forces behind the attack. Each scene in the game is more like cell's of Skyrim's or Fallout 4's engine, but with a lot more individuality and narrative importance. Each location has it's four planar aspects to explore as well - the aforementioned mortal, purgatorial, heavenly and hellish - which encourages the player to scrutinize all the games environments to glean new information, meet new people and face fresh perils.

  21. Granted, but this year all of your loved ones simultaneously get the idea to give you a car for christmas. You now own dozens of cars you can't use! I wish I was the world's greatest didgeridoo player.
  22. Banned for being shamelessly and deliberately neutral.
