Tell him/her to upgrade that Cat5e cable to a Cat6A, and that he/she wasted money on those 6 liters of 'heavy water'. Also, next time the thermal paste needs replacing, have him/her try Prolimatech PK-3 instead of IC Diamond. (PK-1 is the lower performing version, but it still beat IC Diamond in independent cooling tests by several degrees)

Depending on which one, it's probly a little too popular. He could do an ultra-short, and do McPixel...

Excellent 'sode... Keep it up! Whether I win my bet or not, I know money is going to a good cause. (if I lose, Ross has to donate more to himself)

"TYPING IS FUN!!!"

I don't know... It's a variety of sounds coming from computers, and their peripherals.

I have noticed that particular stereotype quite a lot, usually violently, in the Serious Topic Discussion section. (that's a large part of why Blue left the forum, but has stayed in touch with me on Steam)

Very true, but it doesn't stop people from using that as a comparison.

Or it just decided it preferred that direction to the one it was on... It does happen.

White noise. Actually, it's closer to brown noise.

I used to, but it gets expensive when just the motors are over $100 each.

I'll agree to that reverse psychology stuff... If nobody tells me not to do something that they don't want me to do, I won't do it... I see a keep off the grass sign, or someone says "don't touch anything", and I will definitely do it. The other day I was driving along, and saw a "keep off median" sign, so I drove onto the median for a few hundred feet.

$30/week?!? You're getting ripped off! (lol, I know it's a typo)

If anyone is still wanting to do this, just start a thread in the games section for the RP you're wanting. (sci-fi, fantasy, etc.)

The Fifth Element 9.5/10 Old, but fun.

Most of those kinds of games do. It's been proven that the kids you play with up until 3rd grade determine the vast majority of your speech patterns, accents, and inflections... My observations are that any proximity to a particular accent will cause that accent to be exposed even more in others.

I would have to concur.

That's the comparison that has been made for almost 20 years now... It crops up at least once every 3-6 months.

Nuclear powered, not nuclear propulsion. Electrical powered engines that work both in-atmo, and out. When they're in-atmo they turn off stored fuel, and run of the atmosphere for greater efficiency. (my design calls for a minimum of 3 round-trips to a landing on the moon before needing to refuel) The problem with nuclear reactors for power (and not only have they been used before, but there's one in a 4000 year decaying polar orbit right now) is that they just don't have the power generation capability that I need for all the functions of the orbiter. (this includes its, at-this-point-theoretical, EM shield and the experimental engine design) All other factors excluding the power and engine have already been taken into account, including dropping the shield, which brings it down to around 7MW required. I also considered increasing the number of generators, but that also requires another engine, and a complete redesign of the airframe. (both of which are undesirable as it would then require specialized airfields with much longer and wider runways, and designated flight paths)
