Problem is that most people won't be able to use HEVC, and already have hardware acceleration for AVC decoding. -
You have a really messed up idea of what's playable, and what's not. Unplayable is under 15 FPS. Bear in mind, that's only when I have it at max settings.

Oh lawd mah sides. Well, when it's the only laptop you've got, and it beats out all other laptops in a 2500m radius... It can run Skyrim at an average of 20FPS on max settings though.
