A kind of neutral. A lot of built-up frustration and anxiety got on top of me yesterday, and I lost the plot for a few hours. And today I applied for a job and passed a phone interview, with a one-on-one assessment to be arranged soon.

So..I guess things are looking up..?

Feeling a bit on the 'I have no clue what I feel' side of the equation.

@MrKittyCat: I am so jealous. XP

@Binky: That's awesome! Where the possible job at?

@BTG: But would you say it's better than having a negative emotion? :D

OT: Yesterday at work, one of my coworkers said I was cute. And to make it worse, it was one of the coworkers that I kinda fancy. So... I'm feeling gooood. <3

Most of my life, I always had a big thing for girls that were older than me. There is just a biting feeling of guilt for dating someone even a year younger than me. I always felt like I am leading them towards a bad example in life or something in that notion.

@Jeb - Sky Customer Service. I'd have to deal with people calling up asking why their internet doesn't work, and reply with "Have you tried turning off and on again?" Decent pay, and the hours shouldn't interfere too much with my music. But we'll have to see if I get it first!

OT: Two things:

1 - Feeling great. Had a lovely gig depping in Gilded Thieves. There's a chance I'll be asked to play on one of their recordings at some point, which is awesome. The headline act, Laura Cortese & The Dance Cards were fab, had a great chat with them afterwards.

2 - Feeling mildly disturbed. I've just had a friend request on Facebook by someone who - by the looks of their friends' posts - died 5 years ago. What, how, and why?

@BTG: But would you say it's better than having a negative emotion? :D

I actually don't consider any emotion as a "positive or negative"... Merely an emotion. You react to emotions, they tell you a lot about what is going on, but it's your actions in response to the emotion that are positive or negative. (or good/bad if you would rather not be politically correct) Because of this, I embrace emotions in myself, I just don't let them control my actions.

Technically speaking, women and men are physically designed for the male to be the older member of the relationship. Considering the physical maturity progression of the sexes, a male from any adult age group should be looking for a woman around 2/3 his age. (that means a 30 year old male should be looking for women in their early 20's)

OT: Feeling somewhat bored, tired, and hungry... I need to make a run to the store for food.

I don't like diagnosing myself with mental disorders because the last time I tried, I had schizoid, bipolar and psychopathy all at the same time. But this one issue has been really noticeable for the past few months.

My empathic reactions have been incredibly delayed. By that, I mean that I feel absolutely nothing during moments where an empathic reaction is warranted, but after a few hours or even days I start feeling the reaction I was technically supposed to feel at the moment. When encountering people being extremely emotionally distraught or in great physical pain, I find myself just observing the whole thing without even bothering to comfort or help them. Long after the whole thing had finished do I feel a lot of sympathy, pain and understanding.

A friend of mine had opened up to me about her family troubles and the absolute horrible time she had been enduring during the last few years and I all I could react was by falsely responding "I see.". I vividly remember after a few days that I found myself crying alone in my room because I suddenly felt a lot of pity and guilt for her.

This really isn't a big problem for me at the moment because it's pretty easy to pretend that you feel empathy, but I figured it was something interesting to share.

@Binky: 1. Great! | 2. Not so great aaaand kinda creepy! XD

@Priest: Like some sort of half-sociopath? XP Sounds strange though...

OT: I don't wanna be at school right now. XD Kill me now. Take turns. Someone can shoot me whilst the other stabs me. I feel like snot. I feel lazy, unprepared, and I'm probably gonna starve today. X3 Oh boy.

I've been feeling kinda positive, thinking of actually taking the driver's test soon. I mean, it's 50 relatively easy questions and driving doesn't look too hard to do so I'm pretty sure I can ace it.
