Which fan type are you?

I'm a born and raised Trekkie...

Also, Firefly was essentially becoming the successor to Star Trek, and I didn't miss a single episode of it's original airing...

A couple Trek facts:

James Doohan (Scotty) got peppered with MG42 bullets on Omaha Beach, and lost his right ring finger to one of them.

Gene Roddenberry was a B-17 pilot... His uniform is on display at the Pueblo Aerospace Museum.

Ah I should have seen a thread like this coming. I hope it doesn't rapidly descend in to anarchy.

I have enjoyed both franchises in the past, and depending on my mood I may sometimes be in favour of one over the other. In general though I think I'd probably go with Star Wars.

I like Star Trek and Star Wars, but Star Wars to me is a bit better, so, my vote goes to Star Wars, and may the force be with you.

Star Wars, because of the movies [iV,V,VI], games and everythig...

Im not an antifan of star trek, I actually like the TV series but more less than SW.

STAR WARS RULES!

I enjoy both franchises, but I am a trekkie.

However... for true, awesome storytelling...

Babylon 5.

Also, Firefly.

He just kept talking and talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt it was really quite hypnotic...

Also, Firefly.

I'm gonna add those, and make it multiple selection since Firefly was essentially becoming the successor to Star Trek, and I didn't miss a single episode of it's original airing...

Oh, and Babylon 5 was good too... Not nearly as good as Firefly though IMO.

Stargate first.

When they launched Prometheus, Earth's first heavy battle cruiser, I was in tears.

Then... Star trek, Babylon 5, Firefly, Star Wars and Farscape.

I bring you mortal danger and cookies. Not necessarily in that order.

I've never seen Babylon 5 before, is it any good? Also the topic title could probably do with a change to reflect the new poll options.

Not an option.

Then make it an option!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The 'None of the above' option is overrated. If you don't like any scifi then what the hell are you even doing in this thread?
