2 Pints won't usually get me drunk. I can never usually be bothered to drink enough to get drunk, but tonight I decided to make the effort and got a little tipsy/merry/loose/happy.

If I wanted to get steamin', I'd hit the shots. But I've been down that road enough to stay away.

I still don't know what drunk feels like... I tend to drink people's wallets under the table.

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.

It's nothing special to be honest. A little bit of dizzy, a touch of out-of-body, sorta like watching everything through a TV screen, and a bit numb.

I'm sobering up now, but I'd say I had enough to enhance the evening, but not enough to go overboard. Like it was a band night out, and the slight intoxication kept things from becoming boring. If I'd drunk anymore I'd probably stop being aware of my surroundings, which is when things start going downhill for me.

I make my headshots with no auto-aim, no crosshairs, no sights and a goddamn bow. At long range and in third person. Either I'm a ballistic savant, or FPS twitchers are pussies.

As a side note, I am going around shooting people in the head and taking their clothes off. In any other context, that would be frowned upon. Here? Par for the course.

I don't know where else to post this. I need help identifying a movie I watched in my childhood. I can only remember fragments:

- It was sort of a sci-fi, I think. Had some funny moments too, if i can remember.

- There was a scene where the hero and his companion were in a room filled with dynamite and the fuse was lit. They just barely escape.

- There was a scene where a bunch of people were trying to enter a secret base and had to pass through a gate that would disintegrate you. They do something to it and the gate appears to be disabled. They test it by all stepping through at once, and someone suggests they should have just tested it by throwing something.

- Once inside the base, they discover the mad scientist has long since died. This base was huge and had some sort of production line.

- Something involving giant robots.

- Super heroes? Maybe?

- I was young when I saw it, so it must have been pg-13 or E rated or something.

I will not let this fade into the abyss of my memory! Help!

I see everything.

This sounds so familiar to me.

Movies that come to mind: Cube, National Treasure, and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (damn that took me forever to remember the name).

You know, the thing I don't like about this thread is how unlikely it is people will respond to you, no matter how funny you are.
