Holy fucking crap this game is frustrating. NOTHING is predictable. You do bit of a puzzle, you die, you start again, you get one step further, you die, you start again, you get one step further, you die, you start again...

It doesn't help that all the controls are delayed about a second. (Push the button, wait a second, see the character jump) Causes you to miss jumps ALL the time.

HL2: Episode1

Playing it through on hard with no HUD. I think it increases the immersion.

I do that with Killing Floor all the time. It looks sooo much better. Anyway, the last game I played was Halo: Reach.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I noticed a funny thing after beating it and starting a 2nd playthrough. The first time through, the story is the best part because both you and Adam are trying to make sense of the conspiracy around you. All subsequent times, you're having more fun finding new ways to discover the conspiracy.

I love you, yet can't stand to know you exist.

when you beat the game you start over with all your augmentations intact right? that's something i liked about resident evil 4 & 5.

No. You get to start over and make entirely new choices, augments included.

If you don't like that, I have a trainer that you can use to put in enough praxis points to get your previous augs.

Last game: Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Doing some little things to mess with my inventory... I now have the tranq rifle with 4 of each generic upgrades, and the target leading upgrade.

I also have the stun gun with 4 of each generic upgrade... 41 shots per clip, and full semi-auto fire rate... It is the best short range weapon now...

Don't insult me. I have trained professionals to do that.
