Try opening the image URL in a separate window/tab. (I also had to do this)

Evolution vs. Creation being taught in schools
BTGBullseye replied to BTGBullseye's topic in Serious Topic Discussion
That is the big problem... They were shoving evolution down my throat at age 4... Good thing I had no aversion to puking it back out all over them. -
Hey, my entire family is retired military... (except me, they didn't let me in... )

Nice pic of some F-14's...

More like being Neo in the matrix combined with the console in DX:IW... At least for me anyways...

That isn't even half of the basics... All you gave me were the processor, memory, and video card... I need: Processor Memory Operating System (XP, 7, etc) Video Card (including how much RAM it has) Free Hard Drive space Internet speed Sound Card (optional, but could limit your options in some cases) If I have those I can make a decent list... With what you gave me, over half the current list may not run...

It was. "Crate City, for all your creative crate needs..."

Specs please... I'm sure I can provide you a long list of games that work on your system, and that are very fun to play.

Things you know you shouldn't do but do anyway
BTGBullseye replied to eat911's topic in Free-For-All
We've all been here. Far too often... That's because the most reliable time for the forums is after 1AM my time... -
Believe me, they do. Once you achieve lucid dreaming, it becomes a lot more fun. Most of the time for me when I realize I am dreaming, I attempt to wake up. I manage to stay asleep, can maintain a dream for up to 12 full hours... Completely awesome feeling to be able to alter "reality" around you as you desire.

Or simply don't know how to fix the issue. Without more knowledge on the issue, it's not really possible to say. Can't get more knowledge without being able to look at the forum code... I'd be perfectly willing to help in any way I can...

It isn't. Valve's copyrighted material... And why would anyone NOT have games on their computer?!?
-
Trying to get tired enough to sleep...

I don't think PC gaming will ever die. It won't... It'll be the consoles that die actually...

You should post your review in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=742 I'll post a link in there, but since it's a brand new game, I'm planning on using my expertise to help out if people have questions, or need help beating a mission or something... (or deal with people that want to know if it'll run on their system, etc.) Might as well keep it all in one thread to reduce clutter right?

Star Trek IV Soundtrack... Grew up in a family of trekkies, and got to stay up late when I was young solely to be able to watch TNG... (bedtime for all the other kids was 8:00, I got to go till 11:00 because TNG was on at 10:00 )

I was originally going to post my review of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood here when I get it finished, but I changed my mind... I'll make a new thread for it a couple days after Steam unlocks it.

Star Trek V: Main Title theme - Jerry Goldsmith As you can probly tell by now, I'm a hardcore trekkie... lol

If that's the case, I should put him in contact with S0beit... (the owner of the site I'm mod on) If he knows any way to fix it, I'd say that's a great idea. lol, even if there isn't a way to fix it in a normal way, I'm 100% positive that S0beit could code a hack that could fix it...

The Tunnel Discussion Thread [CAUTION: Spoilers!]
BTGBullseye replied to doomplayer's topic in Civil Protection
Unfortunately I always have that problem... It's called paranoia... Pretty cool actually when you figure out that it actually also works as a 6th sense... (or 7th/8th/9th if you have more than 5 senses like I do) -

Rebuttals to common arguments against peak oil
BTGBullseye replied to Ross Scott's topic in Civilization Problems
We have the tech, but the government just won't support it. Rocket fuel actually doesn't contain any petroleum products, despite what the environmentalists will lead you to believe. (I have lots of first-hand experience with various types of rocket propellants, including the liquid and solid types used by NASA) The moon has massive amounts of He3, we just have to start mining it "en mase" like was portrayed in the movie "Moon". (without the clone problem though) And from the other thread about the oil shortage: Think of it, a gas pump in your garage, fuel less than $3.00/gal, less than $1000 total conversion price per household average...
