Just because I was interested in looking for something more recently updated, I found a phpBB theme that is a fairly close match to our current "twilightBB" style, but a bit more condensed. That's because you're using standard upscaling with a DVD player... It covers up most of those artifacts. Also, Netflix standard definition is 320p, not 480p.

Maybe because 99.9%+ of people that say that, don't really mean it in the slightest... Ever considered that?

You'd be surprised at how specific the glitches can get... I actually had one friend have an almost identical issue with Gmail, (no other sites affected) and it turned out to be entirely caused by an update. (took restoring to prior to the update to get Gmail back)

If you're using MKV or MP4, you should be able to have multiple audio tracks in the same container, and be able to easily switch them out. If you're using a non-container format, then you'll need to render the video again. (this is why you don't delete your source material until after you've uploaded and watched it)

Unless it's on a multi-montor system, and pumping one screen to each monitor, it's not going to be worth it. Since only about 0.01% of PC users have a multi-monitor setup that can pump out that many pixels (2x 1080p) at a decent framerate, it's not big on their to-do list.

I'd like to ask people's opinions on something... Subject #20 - US Government Budget Estimates. How many of us have heard news quotes about "House Committee on the Budget has released new numbers" concerning the US budget?
